Rich managed our rental property for many years and was our listing agent when we decided to sell. He always made sure the house was taken care of and rent was paid on time. He made suggestions of things to improve to improve the rent and let us know what repairs and upgrades were needed asap and what could wait another year. Rich has a good handle on the market in Tucson and found us a buyer soon after we listed the property. I'd definitely recommend Rich and team.

My fiance and I took the time to view one of their properties. We ended up deciding we loved the property and decided to put an application in for the property. I was called several times asking me to put in this application and pay an application fee of $25 per applicant via their website. The website also charged a $4.95 processing fee. Well, after going through an entire process of putting application in and paying the fee. I get a call the next day telling me the property that I put an application in on isn't going to be rented.
