Services
Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Please call our Leasing Office or visit the Resident Portal to submit your request online!
We make sure our residents are taken care of by having an on-site management team, as well as 24-hour maintenance, gated access, pool, and playground. Conveniently located on premises are your personal laundry care facilities. We offer everything you need and more! It's our goal to make coming home the best part of your day.

I moved in one year ago and I’m ready to leave this place! Some of gates have no locks and the laundry room is always in need of some cleaning. In the past two months my car has been broken into twice. I wish I can say something positive about this complex but I’d be lying. For you and your family’s safety I would look elsewhere.

My fiance and i moved in last month and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The staff is incredibly friendly, the area is very quiet and the interior of the homes are very cozy and up to date. If you're considering moving here, make sure you ask for Jill! We had looked at places to move for at least a month prior to finding this place. When we did, we were fortunate to work with Jill Segui. She was incredibly kind and helpful and helped answer all of our questions and made moving in very easy.

I always expected more from The Jackson Apartments, but instead I have been let down and therefor will not recommend anyone to move here. I look forward to moving out in the year to come. In the past year the Jacksons has done absolutely nothing regarding a specific nuisance neighbor that has created inconvenience and discomfort to live next to. The complex expects tenants to respect maintenance parking spots until 5 pm, yet maintenance crew is allowed to park in the open parking spots(during the day knowing parking is an issue already) that are designated for tenants that pay rent. Been living at The Jacksons now since April of 2020, and even with my new puppy and a pandemic happening they made it super simple when I moved in.
Since I've been here, I've seen a great amount of improvement continuously happening at the complex, and as I've had any of my own issues occur the front office has been phenomenal in always helping me out whenever I needed it. Parker, Jill, Lauren and Lulu have always been more than helpful whenever an issue, question or change occurred. The maintenance staff has always been very friendly and warm to me and any of my guests whenever I've come into

Hi, was here for a year and had a couple of problems. We had water damage in the wall and floor. The washer and dryer combo that we had, the dryer would stop drying. The kitchen cabinet doors would come off their hinges. We had an incident towards the end before we moved out where the door to the laundry room broke and they couldn’t replace it with in the last 2 weeks we where there. The stove knob broke and they didn’t replace that. The knob was broken for about 6 weeks. Every so often they would turn off the water for who knows what reason. I have been living here for almost a year and a half and this is a great place to live . I have never lived in a nicer place like the Jackson Apartments.Great gardening, landscapers take great care of the garden and the grass property. I’ve never seen greener grass in my life. The apartments are very updated and well taken care of. It’s pet friendly, neighbors are very friendly and respectful. The maintenance people “Jen” & “Sergio” are hard working and nice ready to help us if anything needs to be fixed. The ladies inside the office are professional and responsive when we have any

We moved into the Jackson Apts because our friends already live here and recommended it and we love our apartment. We have everything upgraded and no carpet!! :) We wanted a good size backyard for our dog which we have here and they keep the property really clean which makes it really nice coming home.

Welcome to the wonderful world of the Jackson Apartments. Were you can experience all of the noisy neighbors and lack of parking you’d expect from life in the big city in a small sub-urban setting. With an on-site laundry facility that is either full or shut down because the water is off (like it is every other week) or you’ll get a dryer with all of the power of a lukewarm breeze and be forced to pay for another run. If you love paper thin walls and ceilings, paired with noisy uncontrollable neighbors and you’ve got yourself a never ending stomp-the-yard music festival right above you! Oh

I have been a resident here for 6 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The environment is clean, welcoming and cozy. My entire apartment is upgraded with sterling silver appliances, water resistance flooring and double panel window and sliding door. The laundry room is open 24 hrs which is a plus for me with my crazy schedule. The staff here are friendly and always ready to assist you.
