Dr. Wasserman was able to diagnose a very sore foot problem for me.
She also introduced a new (to me) orthotic which has made an enormous
difference to my overall foot comfort. I am very happy that I made that appointment with her. Martha Moss

I’ve followed Dr. Wasserman from her previous location to her current Preston/Forest location. She is caring, compassionate person whom I’ve also brought my teenage son to her to treat. Dr. Wasserman is also one of the most honest podiatrists I’ve seen. She is not always recommending unnecessary procedures or surgeries to solve issues like other podiatrists I’ve seen.

I saw Dr. Wasserman a while ago. She was friendly and really wanted to help my toes feel better. The only reason I haven't been back is because she did help my toes feel better and I haven't needed additional treatment.

I have been a patient of Karen Wasserman's for quite a few years now. Dr. Wasserman just happens to be my wife. This review is done without bias as best I am able. She is responsible for my being able to walk properly after many surgeries on my spine. Each spinal surgery caused changes in my gait requiring multiple changes in custom orthotics. Ultimately, I ended up with a customized brace to help drop foot.
Most podiatrists and orthopedists are surgical minded. They only offer a shot of cortisone or an operation. Dr. Wasserman looks for nonsurgical long-term solutions. She will of course recommend

Dr. Wasserman prescribed shoe inserts, which I paid for at the time of service. Later, she sent a bill for almost double the cost of the inserts that she quoted, saying that it actually would not be covered by insurance, which I should have known at the time of purchase. This felt like a bait and switch move, and I never would have agreed to have the inserts made if she had told me the actual price up front, because it was nearly $1,000 for a lousy piece of 3-D printed plastic. She also called and harassed me for payment incessantly (I told her I was filing an appeal with insurance) shortly before

I have been a patient for many years. As I have gotten older my feet have changed. She has helped me with the foot pain that has resulted. She has very carefully listened and responded to all of my questions. She is conservative and always tries to find a solution that will last. She watched me walk after talking with me. Dr. Wasserman found out that one of my legs was slightly longer than the other. The orthotics she prescribed have needed to be changed three times over the years. My feet became wider and longer and I started experiencing foot pain. Getting older is not easy. Dr. Wasserman told

I have serious concerns about this provider. The store she runs seems to be good, but if one is looking for a medical office, all I can say is buyer beware. I came to her for help with what turned out to be a neuroma, and her main method of diagnosis seemed to be to see what my insurance would cover. My foot was worse after each of the two visits I made to her office. In addition, her bedside manner is atrocious: brusque and scolding. Her assistant, too, has approximately zero social skills. They both did things like walk away from me in the middle of my saying something. It was a horrible experience
