Services
Dr. Galperin has been practicing podiatry in the Oak Cliff area since 1993. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Podiatric Medical Degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Galperin completed a surgical residency program at Dallas Family Hospital.
We have developed the heel pain center to resolve your acute or chronic heel pain. Heel pain has become an epidemic in the United States and an estimated 30 million people will see a doctor for their pain. One out of four Americans will experience some form of painful heels in their lives, including people of all ages and demographic backgrounds.
Wounds, which are a break in the skin that doesn't heal rapidly, can happen a number of different ways. There are pressure ulcers, lacerations, blisters, burns. Diabetics especially suffer from open wounds on their feet. There are several different treatment options to treat open wounds. Our Wound Care Center helps to understand first, the cause of the wound, and the best treatment option for you.

Nail MD Spa and Nail Salon is a physician owned, physician operated and physician governed entity whose goals are to provide quality of care for nail treatments and aesthetic care for clients. We offer sterilized nail equipment, proper and thorough disposal of contaminated equipment, and we follow strict policies and procedures to ensure hygienic and aesthetic pedicure and manicures for our diabetic population.

I was nervous and in an extreme amount of pain from a foot issue I had been dealing with for a few years but from the time I stepped in the door of Dr. Galperin's office, i was put at ease. The staff was so nice and accommodating, so that eased my mind some and I met Dr Galperin and he made me feel like everything was going to be o.k. even before he looked at it, and it was a huge issue, so when he saw it, he couldnt believe that I had been walking around for so long in that condition but he reassured me that we could get it back to normal and was very professional and pretty funny...he had me

Dr. Richard Galperin was awesome as a Diabetic my worse nightmare of getting a pedicure and having the nail get infected unfortunately came true. However he made my office visit and the procedure of removing my nail bed very comfortable and at ease. People going to those public Nail Salons places as a Diabetic is a gamble and I myself will not go back. Dr. Galperin has a Nail MD Spa in his facility that once I am able to enjoy myself again with a pedicure I will be trying their services. His staff is awesome and very caring ❤️

My experience with Dr. Galperin and his staff was amazing. the office was really clean, the front desk associates were professional and talked me through my insurance and payments, and his assistant was thorough and asked me detailed questions about my foot pain, why i came in today, etc.
it turns out i have a wart that grew on the bottom of my feet and Dr. Galperin helped me resolve that pain on the same day as my consult. i believe he scraped/shaved off my wart and applied some type of cream to help it heal afterward. it was a very quick procedure too! it hurt my problem area a little, but Dr

I’m new to the Dallas Area and I was looking for a podiatrist and I googled name and came across Dr.Galperin and I read reviews and decided to give him a try! I can actually say I’m glad that I went to Dr. Galperin he was awesome his staff members are professional and awesome too. Dr Galperin manners, how he connects with his patients he makes everything clear of understanding and just all around a tremendous human being. Omg! This place was awesome. The staff was friendly. The office was very nice and clean. The assistant explained everything that was going to be done before the doctor came in. Once he came in, he knew I was scared but he put me at ease by making me laugh throughout the entire procedure. I was in and out within an hour. The doctor made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. He’s great. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in a doctors office.

I came across Dr.Galperin from someone sharing about Nail MD Spa on a Facebook group. This post was in regards to diabetic spa services. I screen shot and saved the info for future reference since my mother is diabetic.
My 12 year old nephew had been having fungus on his toe nail for some time that was spreading to other toe nails. It got so bad that his big toe nail was lifting and eventually fell off after a few days of swimming. I decided to contact the Nail MD Spa and they are the ones who told me about Dr.Galperin having his suite right across since he is the one who sees and treats the people

This review is for Dr. GALPERIN. He called me back and took time out of his day to make sure I understood that he was sorry for my experience. I chose him based on reviews I saw on other sites. Unfortunately, my visit was not the greatest experience. But, he did go out of his way to address my concerns and offered to see me, immediately, if I wanted to come back in. Overall, he was pleasant to speak with. I just wish the visit wasn't as bad.
