Services
Trang Thu Nguyen, DPM, PA offers a full array of podiatric services to help you maintain healthy feet. A bunion (also referred to as hallux valgus or hallux abducto valgus) is often described as a bump on the side of the big toe. But a bunion is more than that. The visible bump actually reflects changes in the bony framework of the front part of the foot.
We also provide mobile podiatry services to home-bound patients, patients in group homes, and patients that reside in Independent as well as Assisted Living Facilities. Our service areas include Dallas and most surrounding areas. Please call to confirm that we do service your specific area. Click and download our referral form.
Trang Thu Nguyen, DPM, PA is accepting new patients and most insurance plans are accepted. Please call our office regarding your insurance questions. Insurance verification is recommended prior to your appointment. We ask that all new patients arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to complete the registration process.
Did you know the foot has 26 bones, 37 joints, 107 ligaments, 19 muscles, and numerous tendons? These parts all work together to allow the foot to move in a variety of ways while balancing your weight and propelling you forward or backward on even or uneven surfaces. It is no wonder that most Americans will experience a foot problem that will require the care of a specialist at one point or another in their lifetime.

Run like hell from this place. The girl at the front desk is rude and obnoxious. My elderly uncle hasn't had a visit in over 6 mos. When I called to inquire she got really nasty and completely removed him without my knowledge. I called today to see once again why no visit and was told they put in his chart that I was rude. How dare you! I will be writing to the Board of Med to report this office. I too work in the medical field and know patients should not be treated as such. If this isn't your passion please remove yourself. Please do NOT hire this Doctor and get rid of the desk clerk. Shameful

A cannot recommend this extremely competent woman highly enough. My son, unfortunately, inherited my father's propensity for ingrown toenails. Getting those worked on can be extremely painful. But when my son walked out of her office yesterday, all he had were glowing words for her. Her even temper and practical way of speaking helped him calmly go through an extremely unpleasant experience. He is now comfortably at home, healing and preparing himself for the more extensive treatment that he needs to complete heal. Having a doctor that I know that I can trust to take good care of one of the most

They called my phone to schedule my mother. I asked where they got her name and she couldn't tell me. Sounds like they calling names off of a list which they obtained illegally.
They called me and couldn't tell me why they called.... she acted irritated that I was questioning her. Something's not right here.

One of the worst places I have been to. Their office is filthy, their staff is incompetent and they completely overcharged me for a procedure I COULD HAVE DONE AT HOME. They scraped off the top of my foot and then told me it would be $180. Do NOT go here. They will scam you for your money and do nothing for you. They do not even deserve one star. AND when I was there a previous patient came in and told them that the pharmacist wouldn't approve the prescription that she wrote for him because it was IMPOSSIBLE to mix those certain drugs. Do not go here.

Dr. Nguyen is amazing!!! Very kind, very helpful in treating any problems you have and come in with. She is very considerate and understanding in what you want, how you want it done, and then she does it. She is incredibly educated in her field of work and knows what she's doing and what she's working with. She is one of the best doctors I have been to, and is reasonable with you, if you are with her. Her staff is very kind as well and I highly recommend this doctor's office if you have any problems with your feet.

Waste of time if you are tall or have flat feet or gout. She cannot make arch supports for sizes over 13, so she has to use plaster and mesh which is a lengthy process for creation (2 hour session plus 3-4 weeks of waiting) and they are useless. Then after all that she says, "We'll, this may not work for tall and flat foot people". Really?? You're telling me this AFTER I paid $300+? Thanks. Also, refused to refill my Colchicine (standard medication for gout) when I was having a painful flare. In short, this doctor does what she wants and makes her money, not necessarily what's best for you. Did
