The person that cleaned my car was subcontracted by National Detail. I had to complain about the poor quality of service and asked the out again to complete the work. When the person showed up to complete the work, I started showing them what they missed. The guy then told me to leave and go back into my home. I started explaining what I wanted accomplished and he said not to mess with him. He then started to berate me me and continued to tell me to not mess with him. He threatened to leave several times and wasn’t going to complete the job. I finally went inside and called the company to complain

Did a passable job with a reasonably priced detail with one rather important exception -- They scratched the navigation screen (or used a solvent that removed the anti-glare coating). I went back 3 days in a row during business hours to try and discuss it with someone. I guess they are kind of flexible as to if and when they show up. They aren't too great about picking up the phone or returning calls either.
On the third day, I showed up. No one there again. But I called and this time someone picked up. He said he was on a bank run and would be back in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later he rolled in
