In 2016, after two years of living and working in the Portland area, the question came to me "why isn't there a UBER of car wash?" Portland had a completely different car culture than what I was used to growing up in 'road salt' Minnesota, so I tried to answer the question at hand. In doing so, I found the beginnings of a passion: to deliver car wash and car cleaning services to the Portland area.
Short answer is yes. In Portland, rain is very common and mainly it is manageable with a canopy our units are equipped with. The canopy needs some room to setup so there will need to be at least 5 ft clearance around the serviced vehicle plus close access to the service unit. If wind is above 20 mph while raining there is a possibility of reschedule.

We had such a great experience with Phillip from MobiGleam today! We live out towards Beaverton, and our car needed a good interior and exterior clean after the last couple of months of snow and rain, including rubber mats that had collected pine needles and dirt in their grooves. Phillip was a great communicator, set-up in our driveway, and took care of everything. We highly recommend you all check it out—well worth the time saved, easy logistics, and good-as-new car results :)

I had someone break in to my vehicle and besides stealing things, they spilled beer and urinated on the seats. I could not drive my car afterwards because the stench was terrible. So I hired MOBIGLEAM to come and clean the inside and outside of the car so it would be drivable again. They did a great job - I was very pleased with their service. They were very sensitive to my situation. When doing the final inspection, Travis, who detailed the vehicle, said that he thought about all the places the thief would have potentially touched the car and spent extra time cleaning those areas. I'm expecting a baby in a few weeks, and have had "get the car detailed" on my "before baby" list for months! I was very impressed with the tech, the service, and how easy and seamless everything was. I will DEFINITELY schedule this service again! My car is 10 years old, but looks brand new!

Missed details around door jambs (see attached photo) - there were multiple places where dirt was missed from door jambs even though this service was payed for.
Clear Coat Swirls (see attached photo) - There are swirls/micro-scratches in the clear coat over the entire vehicle. I know these were not there before because I normally do my own washing and detailing and I'm very meticulous and observant about these. Thought I would treat my wife to a surprise Interior car detailing and boy did they deliver.
We have 2 kids under 3 so the inside was... not great. Sunscreen marks, milk stains, and just general buildup of stuff over the years.
Phillip and his crew (didn't catch the other guy's name) spent over an hour steaming, conditioning the leather, and basically making the interior look brand new.
I got the trunk and leather conditioner package so total was $182, it if you considering traveling, price shopping, and everything else that goes into it I feel good about the price.

I'm really happy with MobiGleam. I used to be the type of guy who cleaned my car every weekend and treated interior surfaces every other weekend. Nowadays, I've got two kids and a busy life. To top things off, due to COVID my poor car has been sitting for the last 6 months or so, collecting a bunch of organic debris from the trees above it. It was so nasty I was embarrassed, but MobiGleam was cool about it.
I'm really happy with the results and I smile every time I see my car. They also use a low-water process with nontoxic soaps. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

MobiGleam came out and detailed my Jeep Wrangler which was much needed as it has been sitting in the driveway during most of the pandemic. The Jeep had some mold on the soft top, general dampness, lots of dirt and dust from offroading, and even pet hair -- MobiGleam was able to tackle it all.

The first detail I booked with MobiGleam I had to cancel because the buyer for our car was picking it up early. No big deal, I read through their cancellation policy, wrote an email to Philip and he refunded my money.
Today (9/11) he came out to detail our smaller car because I had a potential buyer coming that afternoon. I purchased the "Gleam ll" package with a door jamb and seat/carpet shampoo. I also let him know prior to arrival that the car had a fair amount of sap to remove. Philip was professional on arrival and I felt he was fair and honest in his assessment of what could be done with

I've got two kids and I myself eat in the car a lot due to a long commute, so my car was really dirty and full of food crumbs. I finally after a year of trying to get time to go to washman just googled mobile car detailing and found MobiGleam. I was able to see their packages and book completely online. they showed up on time, super friendly, and cleaned every bit of food out of my car. Very affordable and easy to do. Came back here with a disappointing update - I had a chance to see my car in the day light and I was a little surprised. There were a lot of spots that weren't wiped down or vacuumed, and my trunk looks like it has not been cleaned at all. I still had dust and crumbs in my center console. Some spots on my car still. Now, don't get me wrong, my car was reasonably dirty (nowhere bordering a "hoarder" status) but based on reviews from coworkers and other reviewers here, I expected a lot more for $80.

MobiGleam did an amazing job detailing my car, getting out the horrible rotten milk smell and stains (I have a toddler, enough said) and somehow managed to get the six total pounds of cherios out of every imaginable crevice in my car. All while I was at work! You can only imagine the sheer joy when I realized I can have Phil show up while I'm at work so it's not just another errand I have to run and got ride home in a immaculate, lovely smelling car. The service at MobiGleam was extremely responsive and professional. Phil was able to work with me on scheduling the wash of my car around not only my schedule, but the weather as well. My car may have been a bit overdue for a wash... okay, LONG overdue... like moss on the north side overdue, but MobiGleam was able to get it the cleanest it has been in years. The care and attention to detail was amazing.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'll be scheduling another wash with my other car shortly.
