Car was not cleaned thoroughly, some parts obviously not even touched. Not the first time I've been displeased with the work at this place, but this was especially awful. See pictures. I'll take my money elsewhere in the future.
EDIT: Took the car back to have the dirty spots cleaned, and the manager fixed the problem, but told me I couldn't expect a full detail (again, see pictures). The business is under new ownership and this will be the standard of service from now on.

Awful! We brought our car here and paid $65 for three kids to spend 25 minutes on our car and it was not clean. One of them left 5 minutes in. Another was on his phone and left 15 minutes in. We paid $10 extra for our front mats to be cleaned. I think the pictures speak for themselves. The owner was here but just left before we were told our car was ready. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this was awful!
We drove 20 minutes for this. This area is in desperate need of a reputable full service car wash.

Place was okay but they seemed kind of expensive for what I got. They just seemed very nonchalant about cleaning the interior of my car even though I paid for that there was a few things of trash that were in the back of my car and instead of throwing those things away they just threw them into the front of my car. The staff were fairly friendly but I wouldn't say they were super outgoing and acted like they were happy I was there.

I recently moved here and wanted to find a good car wash. I went to one place but was not impressed at all. Then I went here and I was blown away! The customer service is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Sure it may cost a little more than the first but I'd rather spend a couple of bucks to get top rate service!

It is called "Rocket Car Wash" because they attach you car to a booster and shoot it into space and back. The speed your car travels makes it really clean and shiny. And here's the best part! They figured out that if you leave the windows open, it does the same for the inside! Genius! All that's left, at that point, is for them to raise and polish the windows. I was very happy with my rocket launched car wash. I am sure you will be, too.

I was quite disappointed with the experience overall. The exterior of my car did not get cleaned very good and I had to go through again. Even after two washes the front of the vehicle was still dirty with bugs and road debris. I didn't go through a third time, although they did offer. I ended up going down the street to a self serve to finish the job.
The interior was OK, but again I was disappointed. They have several younger people working (which by the way I applaud you giving work to teenagers) but it didn't appear that there was anyone managing them. Several stood around talking and not

Paid $70 for ultimate wash and 4 mats. Still had crumbs in my leather seats. Interiors of doors were still dirty. Even though I paid for ultimate wash, it seems they only vacuumed and didn’t do that good of a job at that.
Came back after owner wanted to make this right. This time, my car was dirty with sand inside. They did a great job!! It looks new inside!
