I drive a Mercedes-Benz so I like my car to be clean with perfection i requested my tires to be sprayed with soap I have had two bad experiences once while going through drive-through my gas cap door was I asked for manager phone number he refused until I told him I would be calling corporate office and filing a claim and offer a joint marajuana Then he became very coroportive I filed a claim but no one has responded yet today at another location on Powell I came to the car wash my car I recognized the car wash attendant to be the same person so I started calling him by his name he turned around

This business is incredibly unprofessional and do not value their customers. I’ve always gone here with no problem except for about a month ago their machine ripped off the hard plastic cover to my spare tire and it was crushed when the person behind me ran it over. The guy working helped me write an incident report but thankfully I bugged him for his manager’s number just in case corporate never got back me because of course they have ignored all my emails. Better yet the manager has ignored all of my phone calls as well. This has gone on for a couple months now and I think everyone should
