I decided to do personal training to give me a little push and to help me learn new techniques that I can apply to my daily life. I went with Elmore because he seemed very informative of what I would need to do to get my body in shape and he was very friendly and patient. So far I’m very pleased with my training and amazed at the number of creative exercises that can be done! I highly recommend Elmore for those who are looking to achieve a motivating workout as well as a healthy journey to your desired body shape! I’m happy with my results (So far!)

I worked out irregularly and wanted to make working out a habbit. So I decided to start this Program with Elmore. He gives you direction in working out and also provides meal plans for you to follow.
I'm seeing a lot of changes in my stamina and strength after joining.
Elmore has a very flexible schedule and is very accommodating depending on when you're free to workout with him.
He's really motivating and pushes you to limits which seem unattainable before.
Would 110% recommend this program to anyone looking to get fit.

I recommend Elmore to anyone in Atlanta who is looking to get in shape and needs that extra push that a personal trainer gives you. I decided in January that I wanted to use a personal trainer, and with my busy schedule, needed to find someone who could come train me at my apartment. I contacted Elmore, who came and gave me a demo session before I signed up for the next couple months. I’ve now been training with Elmore twice a week and could not be happier with my decision. I have all my energy back, I’m in much better shape and I’ve dropped some extra lbs and kept them off.

I chose Elmore to be my personal trainer because he was very fit and when I contacted him about training he was very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy to commit. Since attending his work out sessions I ve been very pleased with my results. I started training with Elmore around the beginning of the year to get toned up for the summer! He is an awesome trainer! He personalizes his workouts according to your problem areas, always switches it up, and is super motivating! He pushes you to the limit and I’m seeing great results! He is super flexible with your schedule and will come to you for the workout which is so convenient. Elmore is the best & here's why - I was looking for a trainer to help me as I was preparing to get "wedding ready". Because I [kind of] worked out on my own, I only signed up for 1 session a week. Well my mistake is that I should have signed up for 2 a week! Elmore's knowledge of fitness and body and how to get results is amazing. I have been training with Elmore at We Train Atlanta for a few months, going strong and still working our goals. Elmore is awesome, he never does a work out twice and has many different work outs to work certain muscles. Elmore is a great motivator.
