Would definitely recommend Frank's AC. I had them replace my HVAC system and the installation crew did such a fantastic job not only installing the new system, but also relocating it to a better location. The crew from the beginning arrived on time, they were very professional, and they were very knowledgeable. They worked very well together and each took pride on their individual task at hand. Amazing customer services, professional technician. I called and they were responsive and on time. I was told that I have to replace the motor but after Hector checked the unit he was able to fix the problem without having to replace any part. I had asked for a 7am appointment and was assured that the technician would be able to arrive close to that time. By 7:30, I was still waiting but willing to keep the appointment. The tech called at 7:35 and said he was 6 minutes away. He finally arrived at 7:50. Although he offered no explanation, he got right to work and finished within an hour. He showed me an item that might need repair down the line, so all-in-all, a good first service with this company. I would recommend because at least he arrived before 8am, which is better than some companies I have used.

Wow! Frank’s Air Conditioning was awesome from start to finish. Dave came to our home and was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything to us and no pressure. Tiffany in the office was great too. Very pleasant and very helpful. The three gentlemen who installed our new system were wonderful. Their teamwork was outstanding. They also were very courteous, professional, worked hard and cleaned everything up when they were done. They explained how to use the new thermostat and double checked everything before leaving. Very happy with the service I received foom Frank's Air Conditioning.The very nice young woman who took my call gave me a quick appointment,David Grierson came out and helped me find the right A/C for my home. I didn't think that my very low budget could afford a Trane A/C but David worked the numbers and made it happen, Today Carlos and JR were right on time and both guys were awesome.despite having to climb up in our tiny attic in unbelievable hot temperature they managed to install/replace the old air handler and outside unit.no goofing off with these guys,they really are hard workers

Called Frank's when my combo heat/ac unit stopped working. I was given an appointment later the same afternoon. An hour later, I received a call that they had an availability and could come immediately. I was nervous that they would try to "up sell" me a new system but it was quickly diagnosed by technician "Mike" as a blown transformer. A quick and very affordable repair later and I'm back in business with no sales tricks. He even honored a 15% off coupon available on their website. Would definitely call again.

I've been using Farnks A/C company for the past few years. This company replaced my entire HVAC system and my utility bill has decreased since the improvement. I have used A/C competitors in previous years, but most of them became complacent after a period of time and they would perform inferior service. Franks has always been "above board" with everything they promise to perform. Skye does a fantastic job scheduling appointments and you can't find a better A/C Technician

Called to schedule appointment and I was given a same day time slot from 4-7pm. Received a call from tech Kevin to confirm I was home and communicate he was en route. On arrival Kevin was able to identify the issue within two minutes (all while I was rambling off all the things that we had attempted to get the A/C to kick back on) Very straight forward and explained the issue and the cost before beginning work. Five stars and a Thank You to Franks A/C!

I selected Frank's AC to install my HVAC system in the new house that I was building in 2007. They sold me a system that DID NOT have a heat pump included. When it was cold out, the system would not heat up my house even one (1) degree after running four hours! The AC worked okay (I don't keep my house freezing cold) but when I had a party at the house, I cranked the AC down lower and it couldn't keep the house cool.
