Leo is a life saver our ac stopped working over the weekend. Gave him a call Monday afternoon and he came to our house after hours Monday night and fixed our unit. Leo is a gem to work with! He will get to your situation as quickly as possible. Luckily for me, I had a blower and fan going bad to which he simply texted me, asked me some questions to diagnose, and was able to do so via text to place an order on the parts. He came by within the next few days to install quickly and efficiently. This was also the only establishment that listened to me about my issues with my dampers going bad. Terrible customer Service. i called with my AC out they said they could send a Tech the following Day. No phone call no one turned up. Took me an hour and a half to get through to Service Center nothing resolved. Still waiting 2 days AC not working now and I have an expensive service contract with Del Air. Very underwhelmed with their service.

Leo charged me $280 to change a former. A little steep, no problem. But he was too lazy to do it properly. He attached the transformer which gets hot touching all of my wires which could cause a fire hazard. It did not work and I realized why. I connected one of the low voltage wire wrong. So he charged me an add it all $160 to switch one wire. I let him do it because I am already in it for $280. He knows that my AC unit is 21 years old and will be needing a replacement in a few years. He saw where I lived and decide to milk the fat cow. He is new to doing business so he will learn.
