As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I relay evidence-based facts into easy to understand terms to give my clients the knowledge and tools they need to reach their health goals.
All nutrition counseling session are offered 100% virtually because, let's face it we're busy people! Showing up in person for appointments isn't always a realistic option. I meet my clients where they are most comfortable, eliminating the commute to and from the office, or having to find childcare.
