Jason and Caleb are managing my vacation home and have done a fantastic job. They are very knowledgeable in helping with the house setup, short term rental permit application, and have taken care of all the incidents efficiently. Everyone I've been working with is very kind and good at what they do. My property has five 5 star reviews on AirBnb and almost all of them mention how helpful Jason and Caleb are and how clean the property is. I stayed at one of the houses this group manages and my stay was absolutely wonderful! Caleb was a great and communicative host and was incredibly easy to work with. Furthermore, the house is beautiful! It’s even better than what you’d expect from the pictures. We were there in the winter and the two fireplaces and hot tub were such a nice touch. The house was fully stocked with amazing cooking utensils, games, smart TVs, and anything you could ever need! Would highly recommend staying here! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

We contacted VRA when the city of South Lake Tahoe started their "three strikes you're out" process. While we heavily screened our renters, we felt we needed additional support from a local company who could be our eyes and ears. It has been the best decision. The team at VRA is friendly, responsive and flexible, allowing us to remain customer service oriented, as well as maintain our relationship with neighbors and the city officials. We recently had the pleasure of staying at a house maintained by Vacation Rental Assistance and everything was exceptionally clean and the sheets they provided were extremely comfy. I believe they also prepared the house for our arrival as everything was set comfortably despite it being a cold day in Tahoe. The little things made us feel like home, would definitely recommend.

I’ve preformed home inspections on a few of the VRA properties and found this company to be top notch.
Professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The housekeeping staff and technicians do a great job keeping the homes in great shape. I’m glad that Caleb has his clients best interest in mind and realizes the harsh conditions that Sierra Nevada winters produce, taking a toil on the homes in Lake Tahoe basin.

We live in Virginia, own a vacation home in South Lake Tahoe, and use VRA as our local agent and "on the ground" team at Tahoe. We switch to VRA from a full service property management company in May 2014, after ten years of paying 35% commissions and miscellaneous fees for maybe six bookings (~30 days, max) each year. Now, with AirBnB as our sole listing location, and VRA as our local reps, we are easily booking 140 days/year, and paying only $75/month for local representation. I have experience running a business and this firm specializes in robbing you blind and providing cheap excuses, not service.
We have co reacted with these folks for our vacation rental property and paid for support service for a while. Time came when our guests encountered a problem, they called posted phone number by VRA and never got an answer, they simply couldn’t get through. Guests called us and we have repeatedly called ourselves but nobody picked up, it was a very disappointing experience.
More disappointment came when Caleb from VRA started giving us excuses that “we never received

I converted my hot tub cleanings for my vacation rental from another local provider to VRA Tahoe early last year. The difference in quality and communication of service I have received has been like night and day!
I love that they provide me an email notification with summary of my cleanings each time they come out and I have yet to received any negative feedback on the quality of the hot tub's cleanliness or chemical balance. The scheduling and office staff is usually very responsive as well.
