I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients from all across the country. These clients range from 16 to 85. Their goals include general health and wellness, weight loss, strength training, athletic development (speed, power, energy system development), injury prevention, and recovering from an injury.

I have trained clients both in-person and virtually. Ever since I began training people, I found myself always coming back to these questions: How can I provide the best possible experience for my clients? How can I provide everyone the most value? 1. Listen to my client's needs and goals, and cultivate a collaborative environment where we are truly working together to achieve them.

This option allows for you to exercise on your own time, in any location, under one of our top-tier coaches ' guidance, and make the experience 100% what YOU want. An entire month of programming that is personally designed for you based on an in-depth movement assessment, comprehensive consultation, and scientific and proven concepts that are designed to get you the goals that you want.
My name is Matt Stigler, Founder, and Personal Trainer at PaveFit LLC. I have worked with people all over the country during my time training at Dell, Google, and now through our virtual training programs. Together, we will work together to improve your fitness by taking a comprehensive, fun, and sustainable approach.
Personalized programs are created 100% based on your needs that I determine through assessments, questions, and discussions we have. These programs also get adjustments whenever I feel necessary so that you continue to make progress. These programs also come with optional weekly Zoom calls, so we can discuss any questions, comments, or concerns that you have with your program.
I have trained clients at companies like EXOS at Google, EXOS at Dell, and East Bank Club Chicago. Within these companies, I have worked in group fitness classes up to 30 plus people, as well as one-on-one personal training. I have worked with hundreds of people, all with varying fitness levels and exercise experience.

Tl;dr Matt's great, you should definitely train with him.
I used Matt's workouts while I was out of town for a month and was looking for a way to stay in shape with the minimal equipment I had access to. In the past I had used the Nike Training App when on the go and found that after a while some of those workouts got repetitive. I told Matt I wanted something that was different, challenging, and time conscious. I was not disappointed! Matt's workouts kept me engaged and feeling great and accomplished after. As an added bonus (this was not the original intent of the workout), once I returned home

Matt offered to virtually train me and help me with my squat strength over a couple month period, and I can truly say my strength and technique confidence has increased because of it! He is really professional and goes beyond just what is asked and provides help in multiple areas, whether that be mobility or technique critique! Highly highly recommend, especially if you are a beginner or just struggling with any aspect of lifting!!!

As an 80 year old widow, I was becoming very aware that I had to stay strong to live alone and take care of myself. I wanted to avoid falls, and maintain an independent life style. Matt, from Pavefit was referred to me by a friend. The results have been amazing! I am stronger, more sure-footed, and can stand up from the floor without having to use anything to pull me up. Matt Stigler is the rare practitioner who has a great deal of subject matter expertise coupled with the ability to also communicate to everyday people. Usually people who are very technical are difficult to understand but Matt consistently goes out of his way during our time together to explain the reasoning behind why we are doing what we are doing. What is even more remarkable is that he can make something like "anterior pelvic tilt" understandable to someone who has no real interest in human anatomy or kinesiology.

I was introduced to PaveFit and Matt Stigler through a very accomplished fitness competitor who is also a client of Matt’s. I started working with Matt about 8 months ago. My goal was to get in shape post Covid, and to get ready for some future competitions, which are held on a regional and national level. With Matt’s programming and knowledge, as well as instruction on how to move properly and more functionally, this week I achieved two “Personal Best” records in my core lifting.
