Thank you so much for everything you guys have done for my fiancé. He went in there scared, skeptical and unsure of what was gonna happen but you guys have helped him in sooo many ways. Just over the course of a few days I could hear his whole attitude and mood change in his voice. 10/10 recommend and the staff is great!

I wish I knew this before I came here so I hope you read this and decide this isn’t the right hospital for your child. This hospital is for teens who are more violent. Please do not take your kid here if they actually want help. Most likely they won’t get it here. The staff is very unprofessional and very under staffed. At one point I was trying to help the staff when she was crying because of how overwhelming everything was. I felt that I shouldn’t show my emotions because so much chaos was happening and they didn’t need anything more. Kids busting windows trying to escape, numerous fights

Don’t send your kids here. I was a patient there and honestly it’s more of a bad behavior thing. There was many kids fighting, yelling, and screaming while the staff did nothing. The staff was very rude and all we did was watch tv and eat food. I felt very unsafe. There was no one to talk to in case of an emergency. If, for instance, we were triggered or something along the lines of that happened, we were told to go to our rooms. There was staff who would yell and get very angry if they got frustrated. It was just a mess. Don’t recommend.

My son is at this horrible place. Today I had to press charges on so kid that hit him for no reason. I was notified at 10 by Diane. I feel so bad for my son been in here. They have not help at all. His first therapist want him to confess that he had use drugs. When my son had not use any drugs. I am not saying my son angel but this place is horrible. I know his not safe there. I don't know why the state has not shut this place done. I wish I could give it zero stars.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. They dropped me after two appointments because the medication wasn't working and they didn't want to actually have to try. I can't find a doctor now and I'm almost out of medication. I'm totally screwed here because this doctor literally said to not contact her again and they don't want to help me.
Absurd. Absolutely do not go here under any circumstance.

As a patient who had been here 3 times do not take your child here please. I had been on all 4 units they had at the time they were all chaotic. There were plenty of kids making knives out of combs picking sharp pieces of wood of of the nurses station. Not to mention they put me on concerta which is for adhd, I did not have adhd in result I couldn’t make it out the parking lot, and when I did I ran. We ended up back. Even after the 3rd discharge I came out worse.I was put on meds my mom wasn’t notified for. Got in “fights” mom wasn’t notified. Doctor was awful. Say when a patient is having

If you have a choice, DO NOT COME HERE! I was treated like I was stupid by the doctor and some of the therapists. A few people there were nice and caring, but not many. They give patients junk food to eat. For example, hot dogs one night, cheesy chili fries the next, loaded nachos the next. I lost my appetite being there. And they don't give nearly enough food. They don't have a handle on the more dangerous/disruptive patients. More than one of the girls there were assaulted or nearly assaulted. It's not super clean either, ESPECIALLY the cafeteria. Avoid!

My sister got jumped at this facility and the terrible staff hadn’t notified our family for 3 days.
My sister cries on the phone about how she doesn’t feel safe and how she’s had to resort to sleeping in the shower because the staff can’t protect her. I wish I could give less than 1 star I mean honestly these places can never make it about helping the children. It’s honestly really sad that instead of my sister feeling safe and working on her mental health that things like this fly by without interception. DO BETTER OASIS !

My daughter was sexually assaulted in front of staff, never got informed till my daughter beat the girl up an I only got told my daughter beat up the girl but did not state why she did it!! This incident is just now finally being reviewed by oasis risk manager. so I do appreciate that! I will update this review after I hear back from them on what the next steps is.

I was a patient here at Oasis and let me just say this place is more like a prison than a mental health facility. The doctor is not there when patients actually need it as he was not on site. The walls in the patient living areas were covered with graffiti going on about how the place was hell and was all negative. My unit had fights daily and even got to the point where another patient had their arm broken. During my stay I was told at one point that I would be discharged that day however found out later from another nurse that I was not to be discharged for another week. If you didn't leave

The intake staff are very helpful and caring. My daughter went in for anxiety and depression over covid19. She was not suicidal, but felt this was fastest way she could get into a treatment program in order to keep her job. They assured her she could leave at any time and would be able to continue with the outpatient program. Once she was in the facility, unlike the impression their website gives, there was no covid19 measures for patients only the staff, and no one is tested for covid increasing her anxiety. There was no group counseling or therapy sessions, and they would not let her out

They do not have a doctor on site. They coerced a loved one to sign papers when they were under distress and refused to let them leave until they see a doctor, which is not on site. There are 15 foot fences around the whole facility. My loved one did not receive any help and does not want to be there
If this happens to you, there are several government agencies listed on the wall you can report them to. You can also ask for an AMA form (against medical advice) and they have to let you sign it and leave.
This place is also filthy, right in the main entrance there was something sticky and wet all

Having spent 2 days there, I can tell you that it's like a prison. It's a place where you think you're going for help, but you end up having more mental issues just from being there, than you did for going there. Do not go, it's a dirty place, and they don't really care about you, they care about keeping you long enough to make money.

I took my 12 yr old daughter here when she was suicidal, a danger to herself, and others. While she was there I tried to call her everyday. They kept telling me she was at dinner or in a therapy session and that they would have her call me when she returned. I never received a return phone call. One night I called 11 times and never got to talk to her. The communication was beyond horrible. I was given 3 different timeframes by 3 different staff members as to when I could call. None of them were correct. Even the paperwork they gave me said something different. The same thing happened when they

If you ever feel you can not deal with life or you feel depression seems to come more often than others come here and prepare to get slapped with a clear reality check. Dirty nasty place will make you relish your experience to never take life or your importance here on earth for granted. They do nothing to help instead they steal your dignity and spirit. My daughter came here horrible staff dirty facility, they stole her money shoes and gosh knows what else gave her medication that she should have never been on then released her as soon as the insurance ran its rain then said to me I quote "
