Utilizing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) including Vivitrol, Suboxone and it's derivatives, our skilled practitioners can help you overcome the powerful pull of opiates, heroine, and alcohol with safe, effective and proven options. Throughout the treatment counseling and behavioral therapies are combined.

Our pain management experts are experienced in addressing the needs of those living with chronic pain. From structural, and anatomic issues related to previous injury or overuse. We use a combination of medications, order appropriate testing when indicated and will review all imaging, consults and labs in order to tailor a program to help our patients regain their lives and become free of chronic pain.

Curtis is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who has provided care for patients of all ages, and both, inpatient and outpatient centers.
He completed his Master's of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama College of Nursing in 2016, while also gaining experience, by completing a nursing research internship at Penn State University, and a Valor nursing internship for the Veterans Health Administration.

I would not recommend this place. I have been waiting for a refill for the past 10 days, I have not heard back from the doctor. I have been calling the office every day checking up and the only response I get is ‘we will talk to the doctor and get back to you’. I have wrote the doctor many emails and have not heard back. I have never been to a doctors office where they do not care to call back or send over a prescription after an appointment. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have seen many psychiatrists in the past and NP Curtis Andrew’s was amazing! He listened and wanted to get down to the core of the issue. He was patient and explained things well. It was nice being in the loop on what he thinks is going on. So I recommend him to anybody! Thank you!
Only con is the documents you have to sign via a website were a little confusing to figure out, but that’s it.

Great service as far as getting you in and out and seen. I also like all the medical providers I've seen there. However, I was recently charged $125 for no reason and they said they can't figure out who charged me or why. I called the first time four days ago and today they said they haven't heard back from "accounting" and its still going to be a few more days until I hear how and when they will give me my money back. Not sure about you but that's a lot for me to just sit on and hope they give it back! Beware this could happen to you!

Everyone I have spoken to is incredibly genial and kind to me. I am very thankful especially given the current pandemic which I know isn't easy on any health care providers. They are very courteous and thoughtful. My doctor Curtis Andrews is very professional and exudes the same benevolence as described of the team. I am blessed to have him! Side note, I chose this place because they have Saturday appointments and I only have weekends off so I did not have a referral but if you need one, let it be me. Thank you!

Should have known when they said they could get me in quickly. My form to fill out was emailed to me with someone else's information already filled out dated just a couple weeks prior. Replied asking for another and never heard back. Mentioned at my appointment and no one seemed surprised. Dr. Faith was nice and seemed knowledgeable. I asked both the doctor and the receptionist for an email with directions regarding my prescriptions. I did this as CVS has altered prescriptions for my wife more than once this year. No email received. Reach out to remind them. No reply. Not open over the weekend

Been coming to this office as my PCP for several years. This office has gone downhill since Ellison left and new ownership took over. Expect to be told to go in every three months if you want anything from them, non-narcotic prescription drug refills included. They take urine samples every time you go in to collect on insurance money and make sure you're taking your prescriptions correctly, even if you're not prescribed anything that would come up on a UA. HDHP insurance is not economical with their new process, it costs me ~$130 out of pocket for every visit. They must be making great money based

I can recommend this place to anybody I know, friends or family. The staff is very professional, the Nurses and Nurse practitioners provide an amazing service on every aspect. They are understanding and empathetic.In today's fast environment and digital technology communication things need to be fast. The email interaction with Advanced Medical Center has also been the best I have experienced in any other Medical office before.

The provider i was seeing left suddenly and they were unable to provide me with forwarding information. i gave them the benefit of the doubt and started seeing another provider at this location, who was very kind, but ordered my medication incorrectly. and then when it was ordered correctly (three weeks later), neglected to include a prior authorization so it would be covered by insurance. now it's the weekend and i'm without my meds. they're very polite but seem extremely understaffed and therefore my care has been disorganized at best, sketchy at worst.

This practice has come a long way! The new owners are truly making an effort to improve in every area, especially with hiring new and experienced professionals that take the time to listen and help patients. From the new look and decor to the new staff and flow, this office is putting patients first. I feel comfortable, respected and confident in the care they provide.

The customer service is amazing here! I love Danielle, she is so sweet! The physician listened to all my needs and gave me great care, I feel like she actually listened to my concerns. The new management has really gotten alot of things together wait times are not as long, and my medication has been getting refilled within a timely matter. I do recommend advanced medical Care center they do alot of different programs from family medicine, addiction, pain management, weight management, and hormone replacement.
