Our handmade breads undergo a slow-bake process in small batches that ensures artisan craftsmanship is observed. We select the finest flours that must be at a minimum Unbleached & Non-bromated. We do not use any artificial colors, flavoring, or preservatives. Through our products we convey one firm sentiment: the bread that is broken should be as distinguished as the company consuming it.

We use only the finest and freshest ingredients to create products that will satisfy your appetite and nourish your soul. Accordingly, every bite of a Homa Bakery product should be a natural one!

It all started when Mama Homa one-day decided she had enough of sliced bread! She wanted bread that was hearty, had more flavor, and composed of a rich texture-thus she set out to make the next best thing-the perfect Barbari bread!. From her small kitchen Mama Homa worked tirelessly until she formulated a bread like no other!
Barbari bread made for today's smaller household and restaurants that require the same great taste of our traditional barbari but in a smaller size.(125g). Mediterranean Style & Rustic Olive bread that is beloved by those who love quality olive bread! 400 grams or made to order. We took the taste profile of Naan and combined it with the pliability of pita bread, hence Naanita.

Homa Bakery currently does not offer any gluten-free products. Equally important, Homa Bakery is not an allergen-free bakery. Reason being, we bake with high volumes of wheat flour (gluten), nuts, and dairy products on our premises.
