Cute Motel Room with paper thin walls. Highly suggest getting a cabin so you don't have to hear the room next door's conversation.
Didn't care for all the signs posted in the room. Found them a bit condescending and off putting.
I was also treated the same way with all the registration and preliminary emails. Like the only people that stay here are the type that don’t know not to flush a sanitary napkin.

So glad we stayed here! It’s even better than the pictures! Easy access to Acadia with the shops and restaurants of Bar Harbor only being a little further down the road. We stayed in the motel part which was clean, spacious, with great views. The staff were also super helpful but also respectful of Covid precautions. Overall perfect stay - will definitely be staying again the next time I visit Acadia!

Amenities were nice, except the room didn't have any sort of table. When we asked about charging our car they didn't tell us they were going to add on an exorbitant charge, then were rude when was asked them to reduce it

Really enjoyed our stay in Eden’s Cottages. The cottage was cute, cozy, and clean! Everything is wrapped in plastic cover. It makes us feel much comfortable using them during this COVID time. Check-in and check-out are very easy and well-instructed. I will definitely re-visit.

Recently renovated cottage in a great setting! Very clean, reasonably stocked kitchenette, the owners were nice and responsive. Great for kids given the playground and space to run around. The self-checkin and plastic wrapping on kitchen items because of Covid felt a little bit like overkill in summer 2021, but was still easy to manage.

We loved our recent stay at Eden Village Motel. The rooms are the cleanest we've ever stayed in. The renovations were beautifully done. The grounds are lovely with a walking path and lovely pond. The rooms are well protected from sound. A noisy family was right next to us, I say noisy as we heard them outside, but when they went into their room, we heard not a sound. The room we stayed in had two comfy chairs and a table. A second corner table with benches near the microwave and refrigerator made our in room lunches easy. The bathroom which must have been recently renovated is SO clean is right

Very clean! Cute, homey, and 10 minutes from Bar Harbor. It is right off the highway, but you wont hear any cars at night. Very reasonably priced and Lena is always just a phone call away.

We have stayed here twice. Could use an update, but lean and price reflects the condition. Used the playground and went paddle boating (free) with my daughter. Fun property.

My husband I stayed at Eden Village for 2 nights in late October. The location is great (right on the island and 15 minutes from downtown and Acadia). It's definitely outdated, but we enjoyed the water pressure and hot water in the shower. We were disappointed that we checked in around 9 pm and the heat had not been turned on for us so our first night was very chilly. Also, we had a fireplace and bought wood from Eden Village (there are signs everywhere saying to only buy their wood), but the wood was so damp, it wouldn't burn! The next day while we were out and about we bought wood from

My wife and I stayed in Cottage #9. The cottage was clean and had a futon, dining table with seating for four, small but serviceable kitchen, and fireplace, all in a great room; bathroom with shower; and two beds in a separate bedroom. It also had a screened porch, picnic table, grill, and Adirondack chairs under a maple tree. The great room and bedroom each had ceiling fans and there was an in-wall air conditioner and heat control in the great room. Really, the cottage had everything you needed to make this a home away from home.

Now for the review: we loved our stay -- the cottage itself was

We loved our brief stay at Eden Village. My only complaint was that we didn't find it sooner. Our cozy little cottage had everything we needed for our visit to the island, and the owners were nice. The property has a little pond with paddle boats and ducks which was fun for our young daughter.

Cute cottages for sure! After we booked the wrong night, they were still really accommodating and nice. The cottage was super clean and very cute. We got the 2 bedroom, and it had a beautiful view of the lake on property. We had a cup of coffee while watching a family in the on-property paddle boat and another family feed ducks. Very comfy bed, great service and beautiful grounds.

Great dog friendly place to stay near bar harbor! Behind the motel there is a giant field surrounded by trees where dogs can run off leash without disturbing other guests or going near the road. Located on a charming property, the motel was very clean, great beds, and very welcoming for dogs. The motel is the perfect driving distance from bar harbor and Acadia.

My family very much enjoyed Eden Village. Our motel room was clean and comfortable, and so great that they allowed my well-behaved dog! It's well situated near Hulls Cove entrance to Acadia. The big plus was the paddle boat and the backside deck. The bed was a little soft, but I tend to like firm mattresses.

This place is the actual cutest place I've ever stayed at. My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and both nights were very comfortable. My bed, in Cabin 9, was a wee bit squeaky but otherwise I slept like a baby. Our cottage was right next to a small pond where there were nesting geese and ducks which i had a lot of fun watching in the mornings. I also found myself reading on the screened in porch with some regularity. Now, my favorite part about this place and it's very random, they have a paddle boat... which i may or may not have used for a long time one afternoon with my brother

We stayed at cottage 2, which was an old charming cottage, but outdated. The place needs some upgrading to do. This is definitely not a place for people looking for a Hilton or Westin to stay at. There is a heater in the room that is sufficient, but you can buy your own firewood for the fireplace if it's in the winter time. You can hear the road traffic from cottage 2, so I would suggest picking a cottage further into the property. The cottage is equipped with hardwood floors, a small kitchenette, small bathroom with a small shower stall, TV, an old foldout sofa and an old queen size

We stayed in a cottage, which was very cute / quaint. It was rustic, which we knew going in. My only complaints were that the bed was old and not all that comfortable, and the shower had poor water pressure. But the cottage was clean, and the grounds very pretty. The owners were friendly and helpful. And the pond had lots of small-mouth bass, which proved enjoyable to catch with some down time! The location was convenient to Bar Harbor and the park. Overall good value for the $, but certainly not on the higher end comfort-wise.

Have yourself a merry bare bones little cottage for a fraction of the price you'd pay in bar harbor. no bells, frills or whistles, just clean functioning rustic charm. park your car in front and easily drive into acadia, bar harbor or to trenton bridge lobster pound. make sure to pick up some firewood while your out. how could you get more cozy?
