Acne is the term used to describe blackheads, whiteheads, pimples or any clogged pores that occur on the face or body. Most acne problems occur during the adolescent years, but it can sometimes occur before or even after the teenage years. Acne can often play a detrimental effect in one's self-esteem because it ruins the natural beauty of a person's facial features.

Dr. Antonyan is a board certified dermatologist who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of dermatological conditions involving the skin, hair, and nails in patients of all ages. He grew up in Southeast Michigan, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Dr. Goodman has been in private practice since 1992 after completing his dermatology residency and then serving for several years as Director of Dermatologic Surgery and Co-Director of the UCI Melanoma Center. He has been actively involved in surgical and general dermatology in Orange County.

Dr. Goodman is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, California Medical Association, Orange County Medical Association, American Society for Mohs Surgery (founding president), California Dermatology Society, and the Orange County Dermatologic Society.He is Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at UCI and member of the Melanoma Program at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange.

Goli Parsa, PA-C is a Board Certified PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT who joined Southern California Dermatology in June of 2005. She graduated with honours from Western University of Health Sciences, where she earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies. Given her long-term interest in the skin and its care, she focused her graduate rotations on advanced procedures and techniques in cosmetic dermatology.
