Zero stars Worse company ever my home was broken into and vandalized all while have this security service. There is no monitoring of your property it take an entire month for a tech to come out however they still expect u to pay for services. Also if your power is turned off from outside there is no auto back power up unless u pay more for it which I found out after a break in that lasted 4hrs and no one from the security company even called to inquire abt why they weren't getting any single reading from my home. Long store short don't get stuck in a contract w them unless u plan to monitor your

The relationship started out great until I needed to add more cameras. placed the order for 4 additional cameras, they came and only installed the 2 for the store and claimed it was a safety issue to do the 2 on the fuel lane. Mind you they did the original 4 on the lane months prior during the installation of the system which they did wire and hook up in a record 2 days on the same ladder they are refusing to use. Fast forward now, 2 cameras on the fuel lane need service which they are refusing to do unless I rent a lift. No way in hell and I sure will be looking back at the service agreement
