I'm not sure what the size of this company is but whenever I work with them I feel like I'm walking into a small neighborhood business who I've known for years. I have two systems from them for my two coffee houses in Phoenix AZ. They haven't been perfectly flawless systems but they are high quality and the best I've ever had and I've been doing this for 30 years now. They take care of my issues immediately with ease and honor Warranty. Somehow we know each other by voice over the phone. I feel like I am one of only a few customers but I know that's not the case. I called their Support line to buy another DVR since mine wasn’t working and instead they suggested I try a new power cord for only $15 as apposed to $172 for a new DVR. The cord was the issue after all.
I was ready to buy a new DVR and they saved me $150. They you Ellipse Security. Your CS is very impressive. This is the third time I have delt with your company.

The only reason they got one star is because Yelp will not do negative reviews. They charge top dollar for broken, off-brand garbage. My dad bought a DVR for his security system from these people, and when we opened the box the front of the DVR was popped off and there was a rattling sound inside the box. They gave us the run around and it took 2 weeks for them to allow the return. It took another two weeks to get the refund, and it was $60 short. They charged a restocking fee, but said it was fine when the shipped it so we dropped it. Did they restock it, or was it broken, or did they
