Good customer service goes a long way and you won't find that here. Sales is fast to return calls and answer the phone, so is billing but when you need service or have questions if you get a call back it's days later. I can not wait for my contact to end so I can go to a company that cares about its customers.

Bates security made it extremely easy for me to replace a older security system. Their team installed everything quickly. The reliability of the system is wonderful. The mobile app was easy to use and came in handy multiple times. I did run into one issue that I needed service and they responded promptly. I would highly recommend Bates security for your business or home.

I spent the first 10 years in the Security Industry with a fortune 100 security company. I became so uncomfortable with their mantra "Take care of the stock holders". Eventually, I realized this was at the expense of our customers and my follow employees.
I made the decision 3 years ago to work for Bryan Bates of Bates Security. What a refreshing change, working for a locally owned, managed, civic minded company. They treat employees and customers alike, as their extended family.

We hired Bates Security System to install security systems and video surveillance equipment at SurfSide Pools. We were very impressed with their customer service from sales to installation. I recommend Bates for any potential residential or commercial customer. Scott Green was exceptional and still follows up with us today, just to make sure all is going well with our system.

Thank you Chris Ricke for encouraging me to try something different. Chris is the sales rep that came to my store to tell me about Bates. I absolutely LOVE my new security system. I was hesitant to try something different, but I am so glad I did! I love how easy this alarm is to use. The panel is touchscreen and so attractive. Also, It is super easy to add other users with their own codes using the tc app on my phone or the panel. I would use Bates again today because the product is great and Chris is amazing.

So far my experience with Bates Security has been nothing but EXCELLENT! The representative (Scott Green) that was helping us with the fire and burglar alarm monitoring for our business has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are completely happy with our service and made sure everything was working properly. We wanted to try them out because their prices were very very reasonable and they were very helpful. We are beyond happy that we made this choice. I only do reviews for companies that I feel have exceeded my expectations. Bates has definitely done so. I would highly recommend this company
