Terrible service. I had a camera system installed around 1 year ago. I have been trying since the installation to have them come out and show me how to work it and install the app on my phone. They simply say that they showed me how to work it when it was installed. That is not true as I was traveling at the time (it’s at a business). Long story short, I paid for a camera system that I do not know how to work. I was able to get the owner, Harvey, on the phone a few months back and he said he agreed with me and they would come out and get everything working for me. He said he would call me back

This by far is the best security company in Florida. These guys really know their stuff. The technician was highly trained and an expert recommending the right security system for our home and commercial building. I would recommend them to anyone needing a security system. They are affordable and designed a commercial system that I can expand as my business grows. The central monitoring center is right here in Jacksonville open 24 hours a day. Hope I never need them..
