You will have different types of appointment throughout your orthodontic treatment with us. A description of each type of appointment is below to help you prepare for your visits. No matter what appointment you have schedules, Dr. Pollei and our staff provide personalized and professional care. Patients (and parents) and always encouraged to ask any questions they may have!
We take pride in offering affordable braces. While the cost of orthodontic treatment varies depending on the severity of the case and the type of braces chosen, we work with each patient to provide flexible payment options to fit your budget! Interest free in-house payment plans are also available to help spread the cost of your treatment over the length of treatment.
The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgable and goes the extra mile to put your child at ease! Dr. Pollei has a great "bedside manner" and listens to your concerns." My 8th grade step-son has been a patient here for several months now. When we first visited the office I was impressed by everyone we met, and that hasn't changed with additional visits.
We are always excited to meet new patients during their first visit to our office. Your initial consultation appointment will consist of a thorough examination with Dr. Pollei and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs. Is treatment needed now or should treatment be delayed until appropriate growth, tooth eruption or other factors have occurred?.

Dr. Pollei and his staff were great from beginning to end! He gave us a plan that worked for my son’s growth and dental issues. The results speak volumes of their dedication to beautiful smiles! I feel very strongly about Dr. Pollei. We did a consult with another orthodontist prior to going with Dr. Pollei, and I couldn't have been more pleased with our choice to go with Pollei Orthodontics. Both of my daughters have now completed their orthodontic treatment, with one case being more difficult than the other, and both ending with beautiful results. If you have not chosen an Orthodontist yet, I highly recommend Dr. Pollei! We were bombarded with opinions, and had another consultation; however, Dr. Pollei and his staff made the decision so easy. We are about a month away from the braces coming off, and every step of the way has been a positive experience. They are top notch and go above and beyond to make sure you are informed and comfortable through the entire process. Thankful we came here!

As I sit here in the waiting room of Pollei Orthodontics for the final time, I am thankful I found such a warm, friendly orthodontist practice for my sons. Two of my boys have gone through Pollei Orthodontics since 2015. Over the past four years, this has been such a positive experience. The women in the front office are very kind. The experience I have had with bringing my 13 year old step-son to this office has been great. Usually we are seen in the Hermitage office, but we have been to Lebanon one or two times because it worked better for my schedule. They are great at fitting my schedule and getting us in and out quickly. And everyone is always so kind. I'm glad most everyone we know encouraged us to use Dr. Pollei.
