Willis RV Park & Storage is a family owned establishment in Willis, Texas. Since starting this business 12 years ago, we have made a lot of improvements, and are working hard to continue that progress. We currently have 56 sites, climate controlled storage units, boat storage and 9 weekly-stay cabins.
We are located in a rural setting right on Lake Conroe for that "get out of town" feeling, but close enough to Conroe to have the conveniences of bigger cities. We strive to keep our grounds safe, clean, and fun for your enjoyment, and we are committed to helping you feel comfortable here at our park.

Services
Pets must be confined or kept on a leash at all times while present in the park. This is for the protection of not only your pet, but for other visitors and residents. It is your responsibility to ALWAYS clean up after your pet. If you fail to properly pick up after your pet, you will be given only one warning before fines are assessed.
Located just 45 minutes north of Houston, we are close enough to enjoy the benefits of the big city, such as professional sports teams, broadway plays, museums, fine dining, and concerts of all varieties, but far enough away to enjoy the country lifestyle. Take the F.M. 830 exit, also known as the Seven Coves exit, which is the next exit after League Line, and go west (left) 4 miles.
Lake Conroe is a very large lake, measuring 22,000 surface acres, 26 miles long 6 miles wide, with 157 miles of shoreline. An average depth of 20 feet, and a maximum depth of 70, there is plenty of room for any water-sport you're interested in! Ducks, blue herons, and egrets are a few of the beautiful birds that can be seen here.

I would like to a big shout out to David the landlord at Willis rv park. As soon as the roads were safe to travel he came and restored the well at the park so his residents would have water. He has had to return twice to fix broken pipes. He did this with a smile on his face and never once said I can't make it I'm busy. He has gone above and beyond to keep his residents content following this weeks winter storm

The owner David is AMAZING (During recent weather freeze, he was out getting customers fixed up for water, while all the while he didn't have water at his home due to storm!! His FIRST PRIORITY is always customers comfort and 😊 He also has good support people helping him out on site. This is our second time staying here... and we keep extending our stay!! We are RIGHT on Lake Conroe and fish every day:)

I have no idea why this place doesn't have higher ratings on Yelp! The owner, David is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I came here for a weekend BBQ party. The newly designed RVs are gorgeous and the seating/BBQ area right by the lake is really nice. I would recommend this RV park to anyone I know!!

I have a spot right on the water. Great fishing, peace and quiet, friendly neighbors and staff. I don't have any complaints. The property owner is a really great guy especially since I'm having a difficult time with my unemployment during all this covid nonsense. He's willing to work with me and that really means everything. He's very fair and understanding. I would definitely stay here every time I return home from work. Honestly if you have any problems with this place... you probably aren't a Joy to be around and don't deserve the kindness that is found here. Wonderful escape from the dust hole

A total dump with undrinkable water and the smell of feces from a over taxed septic system. The first two spaces behind the office used to be a septic leech field. The advertised cabins are FEMA trailers rented to the kind of people who rent a FEMA trailer. People let their dogs roam at night because they are to lazy to walk them or pick up after them. The lady in office speaks no English. Internet bounces like a ball so don't even think about streaming a movie. The showers and laundry are disgusting. Do not subject your family to this nightmare of culture shock. Suicides, Ambulances, Law

The managers are very nice and helpful. It's a small and cozy RV park. They're upgrading the park in a few different ways. Most everyone there are full timers. It is right in the water. The only thing I don't like about it is that the lots aren't big enough and the trailers are too close together. Other than that, nothings wrong...but I just moved there. Further along, we'll see if anything changes...good or bad.
