Services
Guests staying 30 days or longer will need to submit a photo of the outside of RV for approval. Reservations require a cancel notice of 2 days, (48 hours), or more for a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellation fee equal to the rate of the first night stay is applicable if notice is received 2 days or less prior to arrival date.
B-52 Brewing Company is a craft brewery that produces a diverse selection of beer, including hoppy India pale ales and creamy stouts. Enjoy one of these flavorful beers, as well as outdoor games such as ping pong and bean bag toss, at the brewery, which offers tours and tastings every Saturday afternoon.
As one of the oldest towns in Texas, Montgomery began as a trading post in 1826 and was charted in 1837. Montgomery was the first county seat of Montgomery County and was the third county formed under the Republic of Texas. It is also recognized as the birthplace of the Texas Lone Star Flag. Montgomery is located at the junction of Texas 105 and FM 149, near the southwestern edge of Sam Houston National Forest in western Montgomery County.
8. PETS: There is a 2 pet limit. All pets must be leashed and quiet. No pets may be left outside unattended. PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET IMMEDIATELY EVEN IN THE DOG PARK AREA AND WALK. Management reserves the right to deny entry for pets that are considered to be dangerous breeds. This is not a personal opinion but a liability issue.

7 Bridges RV resort is unbelievably the best place I have ever lived. I plan to stay permanently here. I have read review that complained about construction noise. Everytime I hear it I love it. Those sounds always mean making for a better place to enjoy. The park is so clean with so many amenities for guests. I have several people knocking on my door asking if I need anything or help of any kind! Being an adults only park, there is no loud vehicles, now small children in the streets and no fireworks blasting on any occasion. I have children and grandchildren who live just a few miles away. I go

We are full-timers and have been on site for almost 2 years. Believe me when I say, we couldn't have picked a better place to live. We have resided in 2 other parks within Montgomery, Texas and this by far, is the best. Great amenities (pool, hot tub, showers, restrooms, recreation room, fishing, dog run) with an atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome. The people are what makes a home and this park has plenty of great people to call your neighbors - even if it's only overnight or for a weekend. The owner is making constant upgrades to make our stay (and hopefully yours) even better. The daily

Lots of construction starting early between 7:00 and 7:30. The park is nice but is still in progress of being built so there is no peace and quiet all day. You can go outside after 5:00 when all the construction is done for the day. The gym is not really a gym, it’s some equipment next to the pool table. The pool is fabulous and the grounds are beautiful. I would go back, but I would first ask what construction is planned for the days I’m there! Also, signage upon arrival is not clear... need a sign to tell you where to go once you are in the gate.

RV Parks are a dime a dozen but, this one is a TOTAL GEM! Traveling around the US full time you get to like good RV Parks and this is the BEST!! The owners have put a lot of time and effort into it. And, the best part is they are still adding and improving! The setting, amenities and staff are all excellent! If you don't have an RV they offer cabins, a loft apartment and a huge house to rent! Many many repeat campers come and we meet up on big weekends for the awesome festivities the park has! This is truly our home away from home!!

As a full time RV'er my wife and I LOVE this place! They amenities are second to none!! We have been made to feel at home from the first minute we got here. The owner is constantly adding and improving the place to make it even better!! Obviously they REALLY care about it and it shows! We love meeting up with our friends from around here and the ones that we have met here that come back on all the big weekends. These times are where the park really shines! Good friends and great times!! If you are ever in the Houston area don't hesitate to stay here. You won't regret it!!! You

We recently celebrated our friends 40th birthday here, and I cannot say enough great things about this place! We rented out the house on site and had friends also stay with a camper. The house is absolutely gorgeous and truly accommodating for a gathering of friends and family, the pool and bar/kitchen was fantastic and the grounds are beautiful. Even the residents were fun and inviting! We will definitely be back and tell everyone we know about this hidden gem in Montgomery!!
