Very nice place, but beware where you place your stuff outside your trailer due to the automatic sprinklers that come on nightly! Lawn Maintenance - ll hoses, including sewer and water, must be placed on a rack above ground at all times. Mowers and weed eaters should be able to move around all RV's including the sewer and water hoses.
Sunset Shores RV Park on Lake Conroe is conveniently located for residents of Houston, The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Montgomery, Katy, Bryan, College Station, Kingwood, Brenham in the great state of Texas! Gotta tell you, been at your place a week now. I just love it. It's clean, grounds are well kept, your staff is nice and helpful, your rental rates are fair, the neighbors are friendly and we are right on the water.
Garbage Collection - Please do not leave your trash out at your site all day/night. The only exception is if you take it out just before 9 am the guys will come around and pick it up. We do not want trash sitting out not only does it attract animals but it looks dirty. Any questions please call. Are digital TV stations available and, if so, which ones? - Yes, we provide digital cable to each site.
Sunset Shores requires you to submit and application for site rental before your reservation can be considered. Because some of the answers to the application may not be readily available, you can recall your application to submit additional information. You will be promptly contacted by Sunset Shores personel to confirm your approval or rejection of the completed application.

I received an email confirmation stating that I was clear to move in on 05/10/19 and a spot would be reserved for me. I made my current park aware that I was moving and my site will be leased to someone else starting this weekend. Upon calling to see if it would be possible if I came a day early, I was told I wouldn’t be living here at all because they are at full capacity. I even went up there in person to try and give them a chance to fix it and was basically told “sorry it was an office mistake”. Well that’s a pretty big mistake that now has me displaced. I’m very disappointed because

Have enjoyedvstaying here twice , for a Holiday month each time. Nice for a lot of reasons, but flooding/standing water has been an issue. They have taken steps to improve this, but standing water during our second visit (November-December 2018) ruined a $350 surge protector!

We have stayed at two parks in the Lake Conroe area & this one is definitely better. I give it 3 stars because we have actually stayed in some really nice RV parks in other towns & this one is average compared to them but actually seems to be one of the best ones in the area.
Nice pool & laundry. Nice employees. Would highly recommend in the summer to make sure your lot has a tree in it for shade or you will struggle to keep cool. Nice view of the lake. Some of their porch options don't seem worth the extra money, glad we didn't opt for that. Also they need to get better at making the full timers

Beautiful RV park on the lake. Best sites may be taken by permanent folks but unsure. Our site 22 is on the water canal and 200 ft from a noisy and busy highway. There is not a clean view of the body of the lake from this site. Our view is a strip of water with the highway as a backdrop. Our site is level, has a nice concrete pad, perfect… grass and lots of space to do my walks. Plenty of room to maneuver. The park is very clean. The park management is friendly, accepts mail and runs a nice operation. They have a nice pool with a nice views of the lake. Waterfowl include herons, egrets,

Nice park. Plenty of space. Most longterm residents seem to keep spots tidy. After reading a couple reviews we were disappointed in being unable to watch the fights at the "corner". Every evening we walked by the folks there were enjoying a potluck. They invited us, but we just dined. The manager seemed open to constructive criticism. None about the park, just some rule benders. Seems every park has a few.

I reserved a site for my in-laws last week. We wanted them to have the best since they were traveling so far to come see us. They absolutely loved the park. Waterfront site and sunsets were beautiful. The whole park, showers and pool are spotless. Employees are friendly and helpful. All of the rv tenants are so nice and keep their sites looking great.

We love it here. Staff is helpful and pleasant. The pool and spa are cleaned regularly. The laundry is rather iffy😞. Just let them know and they come and get it going again without an attitude. The valet boat launch from the boat storage is a plus and the fishing in the lake is great. Nobody hassles you about much of anything. The neighbors are friendly and a fish fry at "Ronnie's corner" is awesome! Our dog is happy here and always treated well. There are children here who are lovely and very friendly and respectful. Our plants and yard ornaments are no problem. I couldn't be happier with this
