Don't waste your money , We applied for apartment oct /30 till now harmoni said today 11/16 the are gonna check credit !! Till now so what she was did for 16 days I tried to call every day no response phone calls at all and harmoni the lady working in the office she has so bad customer service and the is dose not have any respectful at all she is does not care about the customer she is charged me for applications for 3 people and when we went there she said so easy you can get this apartment she is a lair

We lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years. The first 14 months were very quiet and peaceful. The last 8 months changed as 2 families of inconsiderate neighbors moved in and were loud and obnoxious. Also some people are lazy and put their trash in front of their front doors for hours, instead of walking a short distance to the dumpster, which increased the pests which we rarely saw before. Management (Harmoni) is great; very attentive to the needs of the residents and cares about the complex and tries hard to enforce the rules so everyone can enjoy the complex. Overall, a good apartment

Disrespectful and inappropriate with some distractable neighbors along with dogs barking at night creating a lot of confusion of who is making a commotion which therefore makes it difficult and doubtful to leave in peace with all these tendencies persisting while causing myself to have negative setbacks in my health and concentration in my routine especially when having a negative experiences with three neighbors during the events in winter spring and summer in 2018that are poorly courteous which two have moved out! My husband and I moved to Villa Toscana in Sept.2017 from downtown San Diego. Rent here is affordable vs. Other places we've looked and stayed at. You can't beat it especially with having your own washer and dryer, spacious units, shopping centers that are a walk or short drive away.
We've never had a bad experience here. From the beginning, Management and Maintenance have always been on top of things, very kind and helpful.
Neighbors keep to themselves and it's a fairly quiet complex. Due to my husband being in the military we had gotten new orders elsewhere, we moved away

Management doesn't respond back to phone calls for days, damages done to my vehicle due to faulty equipment there. Roaches, lived with them for a while really large ones. Had to pay a fee due to an error, that should've been fixed. After a while I stopped asking for stuff because I knew it wouldn't get done unless I actually went to the office personally. Pool stays dirty, there's more people moving out than in. Save the trouble. Had a previous review on here, took it down because maintenance came early in the morning around 7 am to address the review. As far as deposit goes

Part 2 of my review of this place so here we go. 5 weeks since I moved out expecting my security deposit any day. Instead what arrived was a bill of $2000 indicating that I broke my lease and thrashed the place. I had legitimate military orders and I lived in the place for 4 months. I emailed the manager letting her know the calculations were an error and to have the property owner contact me. Of course no response. In addition to, my rental truck was parked on the street and vandalized not once but twice. Here I thought I lived in a safe and secure neighborhood. They have left me no choice but

Previous one star review is just someone who believes they are entitled. I’ve never had an issue with gates, not once. The office has never not been helpful. Oh, and you didn’t have water for a part of the day? That’s called living in an apartment complex, it has only happend once here. Everywhere I’ve lived previously we would lose water at least 2 times a month. Also, if you don’t think your rent will increase after 12 years then maybe you should figure out how inflation works.

I would like to begin this review by saying this is the 5th apartment I have lived in, and by far this management team has been the most responsive to repairs and maintenance. No arguing with the client, they just get it done. They are also courteous and well informed.
In addition, the grounds are well maintained and up to date.
Yes, the complex is on the more expensive side, but if you compare it to the rest of El Cajon, I say it is worth every penny. You pay for what you get, and I believe we got out monies worth.

We have lived on this property for 10 years. It is a beautiful complex and the management team is AWESOME. The maintenance team is AWESOME as well. We love the "gated" community, upgraded windows for energy efficiency and the quietness of the property. When you have a maintenance request they act upon it quickly. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to live in the Rancho San Diego area.

This apartment complex is amazing! We have been living here for 3 months and it's been a joy. I would recommend living here to most people! However there are some insider info you need to know!
This is a family style complex. The culture of the place is quiet. There are mostly families and seniors living here, all of which are very friendly. However, it is not child friendly for outside play. This allows peace and tranquility. Got kids? Have no fear there is a library next door for activities and a park nearby for all the play needed.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE....If you plan to move into these apartments, be aware that their "Security Police" are a joke.Also they are known to tow your guests allot. Guests parked there for 10 min. and they were towed. The "Security", watched the guests walk in and decided to just tow immediatly, and to add onto that the tow people informed us that the "Security", makes some form of payment for the vehicles towed!!! So if you dont have a social life this is the place for you. WOULD NOT recommend this place for any one. Take your hard earned money somewhere else
