The faculty and staff of St. Peter School strives to offer a strong academic education in a Christ centered community that emphasizes Christian moral values. We want our students to be prepared morally, academically, socially and culturally to make positive contributions, now and in the future, as both local and global citizens.
As Catholic School Educators, we believe our Catholic School is not only a school, but a community of Faith. We believe those entrusted to us are not only students, but children of God. We believe we are not only educators, but ministers of the Gospel.

Services
The St. Peter Preschool curriculum offers a hands-on approach for 3, 4, and 5 year-old students that focuses on the child's mind, body and spirit in a caring, supportive and positive atmosphere. A modern classroom provides all the necessary tools for preschool students to prepare for social and academic excellence, while a faith-based education is at the center of all that is done.
Ohio law now requires a Tetanus, Diptheria and Pertussis (TDap) booster and Menigitis Vaccine for entry into the 7th grade. Please try to get your child's booster soon. The Erie County Health Department has Outreach Clinics where the required vaccines may be obtained, or you can call your child's doctor.
Diocesan guidelines state that each parish school have a formally constituted advisory group. It is the responsibility of this group to offer counsel to the pastor/principal on matters concerning the school. School Advisory Council members are elected/appointed each spring for a three-year term to represent the school parents in contributing to school decision-making and policy information.
St. Peter School is proud to have provided a quality education for all of our students for over 65 years. We are committed to continuing our legacy in forming our students into tomorrow's leaders and disciples of Jesus Christ. To ensure our school's future vitality and strength going forward we formed a strategic planning team of dedicated parishioners.
As educators we realize the importance of sharing information with the parents of our students. In taking the next step of this ongoing process, our Grade K-8 teachers will be opening their grade books to you via web access. The first and last names entered must match, EXACTLY, what was provided in your initial document.
