I love it here just ..didn't get adjusted yet parked n wrong spot thinking there was no towing .parked n handicap parking because I am ....got towed 353$ 3 day moving n ..but overall they r excellent apartments but houses are better fa the price water bill is included no set price and I guess they charged fA putting picture s on wall fa1250..but excellent if u want apts fa temporary reasons ..my car is insured ✨✨but I wake up w orange sticker dayumn dnt they give u a 30 say grace picture tag just went out but they already putting stickers these people been picking on me since I moved n

I am highly disappointed. I have stayed here for 2 years and all that I have gotten was disrespect. The staff is rude. Recently, I received a letter on my door about my 3 year old son about him playing. Yesterday, I received a non-renewal notice. I am not a bad tenant and my rent is paid up. When I went to the office to talk to the leasing manager, she was rude and told me that she doesn't have to give me an explanation, which I was fabbergasted. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here because they do not care about their tenants.

Very disappointed! I asked my one Guest (who has a wrist band to have access to the pool) to take my kids who are on the lease to the pool and the office did not let them in. ( my kids came home crying) I was told that as long as the wrist band is shown, they will have access and two guest are allowed per resident. But they were denied to enter the pool because i have to be present. so now I have to put my guest on the lease to take my kids to the pool.

My first year here was great, no real issues. I wish I could say that for this year. My rent increased and everything breaking down. I’ve had several issues with my A/C. Tonight was the last straw! I get home and my unit is not working. They send some one out to tell me that they will look at it in the morning since I have 2 units. Really!?! Now I’m losing sleep because it’s a sauna in here. But because the unit on the other side is working, it’s ok. What a joke. The saying you get what you pay for is definitely not true with these apartments!!

These apartments are literally the worst apartments you could get into. My kids father lived there and the whole time they gave him hell. The maintenance man is a joke and the manager will say one thing and it is another. There is ghetto kids running around at night. The manager Keke, i honestly don't know why they still keep her. I had to take off of work for a week because it was too hot in the apartment for my kids to stay because they took forever getting it fixed. The price is way too high for the apartments and I cannot stress enough about how much Keke is ghetto with an attitude. I

Called to check availability and ask questions about self guided tours. Spoke with a lady named Kirsten or Carson. She sounded very unenthused to be answering the phone. She did not want to answer any of my questions and made me feel like i was wasting her time. I Spoke with the other properties nearby and no one made me feel unwanted like this before. So if i am a prospect and I am already getting this type of customer service/treatment from the office staff I can only imagine what it would be like living under that type of management. This property has missed out on a lease just because of that

My family and I were hit by a tornado in Feb and had to move into Desoto Ranch temporarily while our home was being repaired. I was so excited to move into Desoto Ranch because the property is beautiful and I thought it would be a good transition home. There was chaos and confusion literally from the moment we moved our belongings into the apartment. I won't go into detail explaining all of the misinformation, miscommunication and the pest issues that we experienced, however, I will say that the leasing office as a whole is unapologetically unprofessional and that is the basis of my low rating

These apartments are ridiculous the front office lady is friends with the resident that I had an altercation with. the resident that she said out of her mouth has issues with everyone I was then cornered in the front office when I went to pay my rent yesterday with the manager angry with her nostrils flared complaining about the review where I didn't said that I was frustrated and that was the only thing I had to protect myself.
