My mother in law asked me to write this review.
She says-
I was a patient here for almost 4 months and at first I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews that are posted, but once I came it took me two days to see how wonderful everyone is and how great I was treated. The cnas are absolutely amazing and if someone you love needs to be taken care of I will recommend this place 100%

CNA's ARE GREAT all else Negligence all over NO solid leadership NO Compassionate Care from Nurses,Head or office staff NO Respect for family members lacking as well as Communication . I was personally challenged and advised from This Facility's Director That I should Contact the Health Care Department With my Concerns of Negligence involving my Loved one. I did and was Directed to Mass.Gov to file a Complaint with the state which apparently is long over due. Constant Late med passes well over hour window Neglectful and LIFE THREATENING.

This place is HORRIBLE! I wouldn't send my dying dog there! Unfortunately my sister is in this facility and getting her out is not in my control. I've been trying to reach my sister for 2 weeks straight, calling her cell phone every single day. (The facility does not offer patients a phone in their room). After not being able to reach my sister on her cell phone I called the facility 4 times (once in the morning, once in the early afternoon, once in the early evening, and once at night), every time i was told she was sleep. I asked them to take the phone to my sister so that I could hear her voice

I am a guardian for a patient at the Oxford and as a social worker I have worked with many facilities over the years. I can't say enough about how professional and caring the staff has been. They always follow through on sending me documents, keeping me updated about how the patient is doing, and including me on important conferences and meetings about his care. I know that my client is content and receiving excellent care as he is no longer combative, has gained weight, and participates in PT/OT, which is a huge sign that he likes and trusts staff. Two thumbs up for the Oxford.

I was in 3 other rehabilitation centers and didn't receive the help and concerns as I did in the Oxford rehabilitation center. I had a few issues but the staff was helpful and listened to my concerns and worked it out to a very professional manner for everyone. I lost both the lower parts of my legs and they was very experience and knew what they were doing to get me up and moving on my own. I was told not to go there but I had to find out for myself and I am glad I did. I wish that the state would be more considerate to them by founding them and helping them to the goals for each and every person
