If zero was an option that’s what I would put it as. Absolutely horrifying. Paint peeling off the walls decorations falling apart, rusted out appliances, disgusting carpet. I would never book this place ever again. I don’t know that this should even be a place that is allowed to be rented out for more than $20 a night. Gross.

This is hands down the absolute worst condominium we have ever stayed at!
When we arrived at 9 pm from a very long drive the entire condo was filthy. Absolutely disgusting. The balcony door did not and does not open at all( as we are still here until the 12th ) . We had two maintenance guys come up and try and fix it in which both could not get the door open and simply said when we left they would have to replace it… I guarantee they will not. They had a random nail sticking out of the wall which resulted in an er trip with my one year old, after that long drive that was the last thing we wanted

We come to the summit every year. We are in room 1108. This is the nastiest room I have ever seen. There is mold everywhere! We got here late at night. I pulled a blanket from the closet and it literally… smelled like BO and had a strange slimy substance on it. Possibly snot or worse. The bedroom smells moldy so I started inspecting behind the end tables, and the headboard. There is mold and thick dust all along the bed and the wall. There is cereal popcorn mold a ball a bracelet. This was our second time staying at The Summit. The first was in 2017. The things we disliked in 2017 (basically just the elevator situation) have continued to deteriorate over the past 4 years. Constantly broken elevators, long waits, people crowd in the elevator so tight you can smell their unmasked breath. As for our room? We had to go out and buy and replace 6 light bulbs upon arrival just to see. The floors were sticky and sandy. Paint peeling, visible mold, the list goes on and on! We had to spend the first day of our vacation cleaning, just to feel comfortable staying there.

Completely outdated….worst beds ever (had to sleep on air mattress)….couches sunken in…..moldy coffee pot….bath tub leaked….toilet didn’t want to flush….plastic ceiling tiles missing….no fans…the list could go on!!!! The best thing about our stay was the view(on the 15th floor) definitely better places to stay, we will never be back here!!!! Highly disappointed……pictures online are definitely misleading!!!

Do not come here!!! Absolutely disgusting, roaches, bathroom smelled terrible, we were supposed to have a Queen & a King bed and it was just 3 twin beds pushed together as a “queen.” Literally so dirty and… gross, elevators were awful and it was just overall gross. The people never even contacted us back about the roaches. So if you want a clean place to stay don’t come to the summit!!! We will not be back.

Place is filthy! Our room was supposedly cleaned and there was an extreme amount of dust buildup on the ceiling and light fixtures, urine stains on the sheets, dirty cotton balls in the window seal, ripped bed… skirt, a bandaid holding the batteries in the tv remote, the list does on. If you are looking for a quality place to stay the summit is not the place you would want to stay. Live and learn, never staying here again.

This place is an absolute dump. Upon arrival we found our room 1218 covered in black mold, broken coffee pot, the sleeper sofa was broken and I’m sure I could name more. We were harassed by Robert the security… guard who has no business being a security guard. The elevators are sketchy and you pray the entire time you are in them that you either don’t get stuck or don’t stop at every floor. For a 15 story building there are 4 elevators. Our last night 7/30/21 after we returned from dinner, the two main elevators in front of the lobby were out of commission. One covered

This is literally the most disgusting place we have ever stayed. We booked our family vacation months ago. Upon arriving, we immediately realized our rental had not been cleaned. The floors were SO dirty that… after walking around inside for 5 minutes, our kids feet were solid black. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets & drawers and crumbs everywhere in the kitchen.
