Dr. Baker is one of the kindest and most professional doctors I've ever met. He's extraordinarily talented, but he's also one of the most down to earth people I've ever met. I've gone to Dr. Baker for a rhinoplasty and for a lip lift and both times I was very happy with my results. You can tell from talking with him that he's very knowledgeable and can tell you what the best way is to get the results you want. He isn't afraid to tell you when something won't look good, either, which I like!

We really enjoyed working with Dr. Baker. We met him through the INOVA Cleft clinic team and he performed the reconstructive surgery on our 9 month old's palate. The reconstruction looks beautiful and our experience with Dr. Baker showed his care for her. His staff at the McLean branch always made sure our appts went smoothly!

Amazing surgeon!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to handle and support me going through this surgery!!! I dreamed of having my surgery, Dr.Baker and his staff made it happen. Suffered a traumatic injury after an accidental fall, and he made a derogatory cowardly insult to his medical assistant right before I left from first appointment. Wasn't straight forward at all to what should happen moving forward, so I received much needed help from competent medical professionals elsewhere. People spend way too much money on medical costs in the United States to be treated terribly. Especially after experiencing a life altering event which caused excess amounts of excruciating pain, Dr. Baker, in a position of power and authority, had no right to degrade and call me vile names

He did my daughter surgery yesterday ( craniosynostosis) before the surgery went trought everything with me and my husband very supportive and kind) and after the surgery he came outside to the waiting area and insured us that everything went well and spent some time explaining how the surgery was successful.My daughter is recovering just fine .amazing doctor
