In addition to the traditional divorce process, there are other options for those working toward an amicable divorce which comprises alternative options for dissolving your marriage outside of the courtroom. Through the use of collaborative law, the parties can work towards reaching a settlement to make sure the main concerns of the family are taken into account.
Occasionally a situation will arise in which a party is disappointed by the decision made by the trial court. Under these circumstances that party may want to appeal this unfavorable ruling and have it reviewed properly by a court of review. This may be because the party genuinely believes the trial judge made a mistake, or it could be because they refuse to accept the final decision made by the trial court.

I hired Timothy Jasper to add to my existing legal team. I asked Timothy to wait till the appeal judgement was issued. After I gave him my $10,000 retainer, he continued to charge me monthly amounts for little or no work. When the time came for action, he continually "promised" to call me at specific times, but failed to call every time. His level of professionalism is very low. He charged me 80% of my retainer for doing nothing but keeping me waiting for hours and days while he blows me off of agreed appointment times.

Vincent Stark was absolutely the best. I had used three other attorneys to try and accomplish what I thought was a very simple matter regarding my divorce. After years of getting no where and the run around and the other attorneys just pumping me for money, Vincent was able to get the matter taken care of in two months for a very reasonable amount of money. He was always very responsive and in contact. I wish I had found him at the start of the divorce as it would have made everything so much easier and better.

Everything about divorce is terrible, except for the freedom that comes after it. I struggled through the process emotionally and at times physically but Andrew At Davis Friedman stayed with me the entire time. He patiently attended to my needs, kept us on a safe course, and got us through the process.

I used Andrew for my divorce and he was very good with me! I was very emotional and it was a very stressful time for my kids and I. He kept things in perspective and was able to keep it focused to get things done! Wasn't happy with the all the results, but I wasn't fighting with a rational person.. was just happy to have mine and my children's freedom back!
