After making a few calls to various areas, I finally got an answer in their Tampa office who immediately told me that New Smyrna was in the Oviedo area. With one answer of the phone, NCS took over the entire situation with speed and professionalism. Stephen and his entire staff handled everything from pickup to shipment of the remains to Pennsylvania.

I'm so impressed with this service. Managing all the details of re-ordering my Dad's affairs after his passing while processing grief is exhausting. One phone was all it took for Patrick to coordinate all the necessary details. He kept me up to date on the progress of permits, cremation & receipt of the death certificate which lightened my load. Thank you.

All of the people I dealt with (transport, clerical, & the funeral director Jeff) were wonderful, very caring people. All my questions were answered and I was kept informed during the process. There was a snafu with the postal service (no fault of anyone at NCS) and Jeff sorted everything out wonderfully!

I wish I could give this a -100 stars. Victoria Shirley is RUDE, Condescending and OBNOXIOUS. I ask her politely to leave me alone, she continues to call about cremation and webinars. Must be a fly by night organization with Independent Contractors as I cannot get a Headquarters phone number. Stay clear, high pressure and she will burn your phone lines up! Cannot get the hint, if she calls again I will call the States Attorney General and notify the Policy for harassment.

John and Elizabeth were so incredibly helpful! Their calm, peaceful demeanors really helped ease my anxiety in the trying times. Covid really backed things up, but they called or texted to assure me I was not forgotten. I would highly recommend the National Cremation Society for their professional and caring attitude.

Patrick was wonderful at this most difficult time.. Our mother's death was very sudden and unexpected. I happen to still have his information as he managed our father's arrangements.. From the moment I called him and reminded him who I was, he brought a tremendous level of compassion that I so needed. Throughout the entire time, Patrick was in full communication and offering warm words of support as my siblings had to navigate the loss of our mother.

Patrick Fisher was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of coordinating my husband's final arrangements. While we did not have an in-person funeral, he helped ensure that the death certificates, cremains, and other details were handled well. He also communicated extremely well ensuring that I had updates as the process moved along so that I didn't worry about anything. I'm most appreciative of Patrick and happy about the experience that I had with National Cremation Service.

My mother purchased their services so when it came time to use them, it was a simple matter of calling them up and giving her name. We met with their representative to arrange final details. He provided some helpful ideas on our unique situation.
I posted an online obituary on their website. I discovered a couple of additions I wanted to make after the posting which he generously added. It was very helpful to have a dynamic obituary and one where we could write a fairly long obituary too.

My father in law passed five days before his 97th birthday in June. He was a sweet man and a second father to me. My wife and I were blessed to spend three hours with him in the locked down senior facility he lived in. Most families don't get that opportunity. National Cremation handled the process smoothly and with sensitity. This is the second time National Cremation worked with our family. The were also involved when my mother in law passed ten years ago. My wife and I signed a contract with National Cremamtion knowing our children will have the same caring help when we pass.

We had already made arrangements with the National Cremation Society before my husband passed away and they were very professional when they came to get his body. Linda was very helpful when we went to their office the first time and when we went back to pick up his ashes. My family and I really appreciate the care they took of us.

Today I received a solicitation in the mail from you. On the envelope in large blue lettering were the words "Life is full of surprises..."
When I opened the envelope I was shocked to see that it was from the National Cremation Society advising me on how I could get more information on there low-cost cremation services.
"Surprises" usually means a happy occurrence like a birthday cake or a visit from your grandchildren. It should never mean that someone dropped dead. I think you need to take a serious look at your marketing techniques.
I do actually believe that low-cost

My wife and I live in Arizona. Yesterday, I received a promo in the mail addressed to my father. who has never lived in Arizona. Additionally, my father PASSED AWAY IN 2013!!!!! For them to address a letter soliciting business to my 5 years deceased father in his name as well as to an address with which he has never been associated (he lived 30+ years in Florida when he passed), words cannot fully describe their insensitivity!!!!! Not to mention how they can associate a 5 years deceased individual with an address that he has never lived. He passed away 4 years prior to my wife and me purchasing

So happy with all the help I got from Jeff
and Linda with the arrangements for my
dad a year ago and now with the passing
of my dear mom....They were very kind
and caring and went out of their way to
help me with everything that needed

had life insurance nor did they plan

Cremated, I was lucky that I happened
to come into National cremation Society
to check them out. From the moment I

The toughest time in my families lives with the unexpected passing of our Patriarch was made much easier because of Linda and National Cremation Society. Linda was able to walk and talk us through our options in a very courteous way. She and the team were very supportive of our desires and ensured we were able to feel comfortable and as positive as we can given the circumstances of losing our rock in my father.
My family and I are very grateful for having Linda and the team on our side.
Linda continues to be of support in checking in with my family 1 year later.
Thank you Linda
Sincerely

My husband and I decided to prepay for our Cremations. The presentation on Cremation was very informative and we feel we have done the right thing for ourselves and for our loved ones. We are looking at the nice wooden box as though it is a time capsule. We put pictures and other keepsakes in there from time to time. I know it's not something people like to think about but it's gonna happen so just do it. It covers transportation back to the states if you die while your traveling. That is a big international ordeal that you don't want your family to have to go through. We have cards

Just my own personal experience with my father's passing. National Cremation did everything they said they would do at the cost that my father initially started with. Jeff was so amazing and helpful in attaining the death certificate and making sure of anything else he could do for us during a time when I didn't know which end was up! Thank you!
In addition I just received noticed they donated a stuff bear in my Dad's name to a local charity for children in need.

First of all I am completely blown away that this company only had two stars. We received nothing but the most professional service and care when it came to picking out the urn and coordinating the cremation of my father-in-law, Wallace or "Pete" as we called him.
We were from Chicago but had Pete in a great memory care facility in Scottsdale. He passed away in Arizona so everything with his cremation had to take place in Arizona.
It was two days before Pete's memorial and we haven't received his remains. We spoke to a man named Jeff, who was wonderful. He said his remains

The National Cremation Society has been using outdated mailing lists for years and there does not seem to be any way to get them to stop sending spam mail ("Vets Plan") addressed to my dead husband (he died 2 years ago!).
Vets are entitled to FREE burial services through the VA cemetery just a couple of miles up the road from this spammy business. Any funeral home can make these arrangements for vet's families.
Please STOP sending your spam to dead vets!

The people and this company are amazing! The level of professionalism is wonderful. They were prompt and sensitive and completed everything on time at the price quoted. This is a no frills service and a low cost provider but nothing is lacking here at all.
I highly recommend this company. Every detail was taken care of and I was informed all the way through.
When I went to pick up my wife's remains we all hugged and cried together. You can't fake that folks. These people are the real deal.
