What a HUGE disappointment! Not only was the staff unfriendly but the selection of bicycles was underwhelming. I was looking to purchase a bike today and all I established is that I will definitely NOT be buying my bicycle from this establishment.
A few years ago I purchased my wife's bicycle from this location and the gentleman that helped us was fantastic so I was eager to purchase my new bicycle here as well. When I entered the store there was a single female employee in the front of the store and I think two or more male employees in the service department and one female customer browsing

Super quick, great quality service with a very reasonable price! Although I live a little far from Buck's, the drive was very well worth it. I had originally gone to the Bike Peddler in Cedar Park for them to wrap my handle bars. At Bike Peddler, they promised it would be done in 3 days. A week and a half later, they still hadn't touched it. I tried calling them before that, but, no answer. Peddler's voice mail said that it is better to leave a message via email. To this day (for weeks later), they still haven't gotten back to me. So, I took my bike out of Peddler and took it to Buck's. Crystal

And for a second time the staff was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable
My boy outgrew his bike and though there were boys bikes on site that The sales rep could've pushed us to purchase they helped us make a much wiser decision and saved me some money at the same time so very much appreciated

Usually I write to provide positive feedback but this one needs to touch the owner if they really care.
Guy easily upsold me a full service for my new bike while the work was only fixing the derailers. And don’t make the mistake of not riding the bike after service coz I did that and the front derailer was not fit correctly. I feel $70 is literally down the drain. And I’m not going to take my bike here again.

Went to see about a bike, saw something I liked and decided not to buy right then and there before I did my research on the product. Went back the next day to purchase the product and was told by the woman it was the wrong size for me and it would not be a good fit. The day before the guy there was trying so hard to sell me the same bike. Now I know they'll lie to you to make a sale. Not supporting this establishment.

Right when you step in, you will see all these over priced bikes, we asked them to tune up one of the parts, they charged us 200$ and did absolutely nothing, and on top of it, they are so mean talking bad about us in front of us.
Don't waste your time and money and go to a more reliable bike shop like peddler's or bicycle sports shop.
I don't want to give any stars but it won't let me give zero.

My college bike has been neglected and was in need of some TLC, so I started calling shops to see who could fix her up. I was quoted 4 weeks and 6 weeks by cBuck's Bikes told me a week-10 days yesterday. They were also very honest and told me that I didn't actually need new tires and suggested what I needed instead. They called me today and said Ruby (my Bike) was ready. Less than 24 hrs. Now that's what I call fast service. I appreciate their honesty, friendliness, and reliability and will definitely recommend them to all of my friends needing bicycles or repairs. Thank you so much

My daughter's everyday bicycle she uses to commute from home to school got a bend front rim due to small accident. Searched for repair shop that opens weekend on yelp since she needs it for school on Monday and found Buck's Bikes with good review. Was debating whether to fix it or just get a new one because I was afraid the repair cost would be close to or even over the price of the bike. Brought it there anyway and to my surprise, the repair cost is very reasonable even for that cheap bike. After checking out (crappy) bikes for our 3-year old at Academy and Wal-Mart we decided to stop in at Buck's Bikes in Round Rock just to see what they have. We didn't think they carried kid bikes, let alone bikes for toddlers. We were wrong! We thought Buck's was a fancy schmancy bike store for the elite bicyclists and pros. It is. But it's also for regular people like us! We were able to find a perfect bike for our 3 year old, one he'll grow with and pass down to his baby brother. Talk about quality! I went in to the shop to see if they could service my older Specialized Mountain bike, and they immediately took the bike in, check it out, and got to work. I also purchased new bike rack for my 4-Runner, which Peter helped me with.
Will helped me put it together (actually, he put it together for me) and installed my bike rack, And because of all of this, I had a no question 5-star experience. Thanks so much, and I will definitely come back for all of my bike needs in the future.
