Roxanne has over 30 years of health care experience and is responsible for the oversight of the facility operations. Roxanne was the recipient of the 2018 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award by the American College of Health Care Administrators. Roxanne was 1 of 351 Administrators in 45 states recognized for organizational leadership based on the premise that facility excellence reflects leadership excellence.

I have worked for PNH for a little over ten year and consider my co-workers and residents family. I see many staff members sacrifice time with their families at home to be with the resident's on holidays and special events. You can see the dedication and commitment to our residents and their families amongst every department.

I worked here for only a short period of time. Absolutely the worst Nursing Home I’ve ever worked at! The staffing is clicky & do not care about anyone! Doctors note for having a miscarriage absolutely meant nothing to this facility! Residents were not taken care of! Care was not done on certain people! Short staffed ! Just absolutely disgusting that the owner thinks this is all ok! & from what I’ve heard his other facility is worse?!

This place is dirty. Bathing is not done on a regular basis. The only bathing happens when it’s done by his wife or another member of the family. Infected decubitus on legs not taken care of. Again, taken care of by family. The facility trying to discharge the patient with the patient not in good mental status. Trying to discharge the patient to his wife who can’t physically take care of her husband.

Terrible place. Do you want your loved one to be washed once a week? Do you want the physical therapist to be bs-ing during their appointment but still charge Medicare multiple times, appointment or not? Place was dirty, cobwebs, dust. Gross. I still have nightmares about my mom spending 2 weeks here for a rehab. 👎👎👎
