I made a claim through geico because my battery went dead. This company is trash they kept saying 20 mins is now almost 3 hours later and they have yet to arrive. Why take calls if yall don't want to run them. Dispatch just lie for no reason at all.

This place doesn’t deserve a star. The driver threatened me and put me out of his truck. He said because I looked like I didn’t want to be in the truck . The owner did absolutely nothing. I had to get the police involved because the driver followed me continuously making verbal threats. Geico is investigating this and advices to to take legal action against this company and the driver. I don’t feel safe and the police has a full description of him. I have never in my entire life had to deal with this foolishness.

I called on a Saturday night around 11pm to have my car towed. I called many companies and most either didn't operate at that time or were at capacity. One of these companies gave me a referral to central heavy duty. When I explained my situation to central heavy duty, I was told that I would have to wait 4 or 5 hours. I wasn't surprised, but I told the receptionist on the line that I was unable to wait that long as my car was blocking a road. She then responded with an attitude and repeated that I would have to wait. So I asked her if she could refer me to another company. She snapped told me
