Although Dr Patel is a great doctor and close to my home I will seeking a new PCP. If you expect a call back or for someone in his office to answer the phone during working hours, keeping holding your breath. Haven’t been able to get a refill on a blood pressure medication for over 1 week. Unfortunately I’ve tried everything to get ahold of someone in his office but no answer and no call backs. This is not something you expect from your PCP.

Terrible staff. Made me miss my appointment because she was looking into billing for 15 minutes. I could have went to the bank and back in time but she delibertly wasted my time. She said she could try to work me back in the schedule but no guarantee. I have pneumonia and needed my oxygen and lungs checked for improvement. Patient of over 10 years, ill never go back again.

Came here for a follow up and waited almost an hour for the front desk to verify my insurance, which was already verified before I even came. Visit was short and sweet but the front desk staff needs more training on proper customer service. I could have been seen quicker if they weren't having personal conversations while I was sitting in pain.

This man is awesome. He’s straight forward, he’s caring, he’s given me wonderful advice. Definitely one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I was referred to him by my sister who used to see him many years ago. The staff is very kind, and great to you well.
This Sasha Reynolds person is an absolute liar in the reviews. Doctor Patel is HUGE on masks there for staff and patients. He even wears a mask AND shield. On every countertop there is hand sanitizer available. The office is super clean and classy.

This has been my primary dr for 2 years. Dr Patel and his staff have always been wonderful and attentive to me even when requested last minute appointments. I am big on reviews and believe that when you find a great Dr you should support them with great reviews. I know not everyone shares the same experiences but for me I have never had a bad one here at this office whenever I've needed them.

I only did 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. We called the clinic before hand and made an appointment for my husband. We informed them of the insurance we had, what we were coming in for, and even gave all our insurance details.
My husband's appointment was at 2:30, so we get there, wait for 45 minutes past his appointment time. The receptionist calls us to the front and says "Sorry we are out of service."
Very disrespectful of your patients time. Do not recommend this place.

Dr Nimesh Patel is a very caring Physician. He gave us enough time to collect all our information, we did not feel rushed at any point. He realized the urgency and reason of our visit was helpful in resolving it and made sure that his staff took care of it right away. He has an amazing staff. I was helped by Maricela at front desk and the nurse Rita who checked vitals. Happy to have him as our primary care physician.

This is the WORST doctors office I have EVER been to. I've been there multiple times for checkups, but TWICE I've been there with either a fever or a serious sinus infections and BOTH TIMES they did not treat me. No flu test, strep test, no steroid shot, no prescription, NOTHING; and they billed my insurance company 2x the amount I've paid in the past. I will never be back.

My wife was struggling with depression and seeked out help from Dr. Patel. Her initial interaction seemed semi positive, with him prescribing her some medication. However, The medication seemed to cause more issues.
She returned to Dr. Patel and explained she was more emotional and felt less stable since taking the medication. Dr. Patel did not believe her and stated "crying isn't a side effect of the medication" and proceeded to up her dosage. His response was callous, hurtful, and dangerous.
Fortunately, we seeked help from another local family doctor who listened to my wife and immediately

Rosa is the most unprofessional, none helping, none empathetic & none sympathetic Business Manager I have ever stumbled across in my entire life. My 24 year old daughter goes to Nurse Katy which she absolutely loves. Today she called to get a refill on her prescription and we were directed to Rosa the business manager. Total lack of professionalism here. Having someone from the front desk call with test results without explaining anything, just saying they were not good. News flash, that's what it takes to get folks to panic. Perhaps if they would of said they are much better than before but still could be better that would not make someone panic. Katie the NP there is condescending at best, throwing in little snide comments when she can making you feel like you're the reason you're ill. Throw in you book an appointment at 8am when they open only to see everyone rolling in at around 8:30 whole

Dr Patel has been my primary care since I moved to Texas almost 5 years ago. He's one of the best and most caring dr's ! He takes time to listen to you (even when you are a very talkative person-like me). He's helped navigate me through a car accident that just continues to take more and more from me. When I brought by 5year old in over a vacation break, he went out of his way to make my kiddo feel important (& cool ;)

I have visited this location for my airrosti treatments. It has helped me tremendously when i have had back pain. The first time I visited I had made the mistake to pick up on something without using proper technique. I was in serious pain and I spent the entire weekend on my back. I was informed about this treatment through one of my co workers and I was in so much pain I didn't have anything to lose. I was able to get an appointment the same day and I went in and saw Sunil Vachhani. The way the procedure works is my using pressure points to relive the muscle pain. Since I could barely walk

I haven't had the same experience as these other reviewers. Dr. Patel treated me like my concerns did not matter and that everything and anything was related to my weight. I came in with an infection, mind you I never get sick, and he told me while asking some questions about my history "I won't talk about your weight because I'm sure you already know" and went on to the next question like he didn't just make that condescending comment. I understand his concern, but he did my annual physical and literally everything came back clean bill of health. Mind you, my boyfriend

I would say, the most well ran PCP's office I have been to. First off, the staff is EXTREMELY efficient. They seem to know each patient individually and are on top of EVERYTHING. Dr. Patel is equally as attentive, very knowledgeable and caring. Great bedside manner and efficient. I would reccomend this establishment to anyone looking. I would say Dr Patel just about saved my life with his persistence to have additional testing in an area I had ignored for some time. Very happy with the office.

This place is a joke. I was recommended this office through a coworker. First of all, the Dr. was late. The NP said she didn't know where he was and that she'll do the exam. Discussed a few symptoms I had with her. She brushed it off as stress related. 2 days later was diagnosed with bronchitis by another Doctor. I do not go to the doctors unless I really need to and to have my concern blown off really upset me. I know my body. The reviews may be great but please do your research.

Met with Dr Patel for the first time yesterday. As some have mentioned, he is very personable and easy to talk to. Perhaps because we are close in age, he comes across as one of the guys. His personality suits me perfectly.

Dr Patel is an amazing doctor. He is very knowledgeable and very straight forward. He has been seeing my husband, daughter and I for about two years now. Earlier this week my daughter had a medical emergency and after going to Texas children's urgent care and Memorial hermann ER nothing was done for her. I took her in to see Dr. Patel and after seeing my daughter for a total of 5 minutes he knew what was wrong. My daughter had a twisted ovary and was rushed downtown for an emergency procedure. I can't thank Dr. Patel enough. Had it not been for him my daughter would still be in extreme pain. Amazing
