Truly a family clinic.
Came back from abroad back home too late to sign up for health care insurance. The local HEB clinic strongly suggested I check out the Pattinson Family First Clinic, they were new and taking new patients. I'm very glad I did. My physician is so kind and genuinely caring in understanding how my everyday affects my overall health.
I have always felt that doctor's appointment and health examinations were very impersonal and transactional despite being so sensitive to wellness, until coming to the Pattison clinic. I feel very cared for and I am happy that I am capable of affording

My first time experiencing a family practioners office that made me feel so comfortable Ms Sandra is a very warm-hearted free spirited person, as soon as. I entered the office I felt at home. The front desk rlady is sweet as well they were very quick and understanding at not one point did I feel judged or disrespeced Great first impression

Price went up significantly, was not advised before doctor visit. I requested a payment plan for my husband so we could run some urgent labs and was refused. No plans, no medications to ease pain
Absolutely awful. Would not recommend.
We were just called and advised yet again that there NO PAYMENT PLANS DUE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS FAILING TO PAY THEIR DUES. (I EVEN OFFERED TO LEAVE MY CURRENT UP TO DATE DRIVER LICENSE AS A HOLDER, even the credit card that is up to date)
Also told we were prescribed medication when we were not. Told we do not have to disclose prices and most places don't? Which actually

I went to Pattison First Family Clinic in mid July after reading reviews and speaking with the receptionist. When I arrived at the doctors office I felt comfortable. The receptionist was very kind and calming. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor either! When Dr O came into my room to speak with me, she was very welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. She took her time with me and did not rush her way to another patient. She listened to what I had to say and was very pleasant throughout. Dr O is the kind of doctor you’d like to listen to just for her knowledge alone. To top it all off

I'm a truck driver and had an emergency, I called the clinic and they got me right in ,no appointment. DR.SANDRA was very nice and friendly took care of my problem and gave me a prescription. The front desk Joshua signed me in quickly and the medical assistant diane was very professional. Would highly recommend this clinic
