Michael was great to work with and very thorough with our home inspection report. He is knowledgeable about home interiors and could identify most issues with a glance. For example, he was able to identify the renovations that had been done in the bathtub area by looking at the tile work. We also had a lot of questions during the inspection— Michael listened to our concerns and patiently explained issues we didn’t understand. We had an excellent experience working with Prominent Home Inspections. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home inspector.

I highly recommend Mike if you are looking for an amazing home inspector who is very professional, attentive, who answers all your questions and gets the job done in a quickly matter. I am very satisfied with the home inspection that he did for my clients this past weekend and I was very impressed to see how detailed his inspection report was. Mike took pictures of all things that needed repairs around the house and I received the results only 2 days after the inspection. Called Prominent for an Inspection, with their very busy schedule they found time to squeeze us in. Mike did and excellent job and explained every little thing to us so we could understand any issues major or minor that was goin on with the property. To start, I’m the type that researches everything and likes to shop around, especially with such a big investment as buying a home. Like other reviews, I highly recommend Mike (Prominent Home Inspections LLC), because he was very knowledgable, patient, thorough and responsive throughout the whole home inspection process.

I worked with Mike and he is a real professional. The price is little bit higher than average, but it worth every cent. Mike pointed me to all house defects, provided a list of recommendations how to maintain the house properly and what expect in future. Even though, I missed some defects he put all of them to the report with all recommendations.
If I buy another house, I know who will be the inspector :)

We recently just had our home inspection 5/1 by Michael Mackey/ Prominent home inspection. He was the first one there before the scheduled time setting up and getting ready to start! He took out a drone to check the roof which was definitely such a great idea!! He was patient, thorough, walked us through everything. Gave us tips on repairs and answered all of our questions with no problem. Report was extremely thorough. Everything he pointed out and discussed was on the report with so much detail. You can not go wrong with using him as your home inspector. Thank you so much Mike!!!

We are in the middle of purchasing our new home (a single family house) and super happy about Mike's service. The price is very reasonable and the inspection was thorough and educational and the report includes every details about the house.
What impressed me the most is that Mike always responds our questions in a timely fashion, even after the inspection was done. We have some issues needed the seller to address.
