Since 1996 we have been specializing in Commercial & Residential Sewer-Pipeline Video inspections. CM Burrows Inc. performs Video inspections of utility pipe lines, sewer systems, drain systems, and conduits. We use state of the art self leveling video camera equipment for inspecting all kinds of underground utility pipes.
Overall: I cannot say enough great things about our C.M. Burrows inspection. As first time home buyers we were looking for the best-of-the-best so there were no surprises in our first purchase.
Our realtor did recommended a different guy to us, but we preferred to find someone independently who we knew would be thorough and completely impartial - we are so glad we made that decision (especially since our realtor's guy quoted 1/2 the amount of time and cost giving me pause for concern.)Chris exceeded our expectations in every way and even impressed our realtor.

Great experience with Chris! Due to a cancellation he was able to come by shortly after I first reached out to him. He explained all of his pricing and timing before he arrived. He was professional and thorough in assessing the situation and taking testing. He forwarded me the report as soon as it came back from the lab, and then called to discuss the findings. It was fast, easy and thorough.

I had the pleasure of hiring Chris to collect samples for an asbestos test. He was personable, organized, and he showed up right on time. He listened carefully to all the information I gave him. From the start he seemed like he cares about his work and wanted the best solution for me. Chris dutifully took the samples and showed me the places he took them and he carefully taped the areas. He was also kind enough to look through a couple of other rooms in my home to see if he could spot any hazardous material as well as give me some suggestions for keeping my toddler safe from lead. I 100% recommend

Chris is awesome, I'm a realtor and when I have clients north of Edison, He is the ONLY inspector I would recommend to clients. He has found things that any other inspector has or would miss. He protects my clients interests NOT MINE. I'm not sure what Leslie G. is referring to but Chris has gone above and beyond during the dozen or so inspections he has done. For instance, He had caught a structural problem only because he went under a tiny crawl space which was smaller then normal and small a hairline fracture of a support beam for the foyer which was a platform in an apartment

Chris Burrows recently did the inspection for a condo I am purchasing. He made sure I got the appointment I needed and was friendly, efficient and treated my purchase as if it was his own. He walked me through each step of the inspection and explained the issues in detail, as well as took pictures and detailed notes for the report.
I cannot imagine anyone being able to do a better job than he did. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family members!

Chris is a consummate professional and expert of his industry. I was referred to a different inspector by the Listing Agent of the property i was purchasing, but i did not trust them, so called Chris based on his very positive reviews on Yelp and AngiesList

We used Chris at CM Burrows to perform a condo inspection in Hoboken, NJ. This was the second condo we had an inspection for, in our attempt to purchase a condo in Hoboken.
