I have been in contact with your technician Mike G. who has been working on my computer in the process of cleaning it and correcting anything else that needed to be fixed or corrected. I am very impressed with Mike G's

Once again we have been saved by Total Tech- this time Mike was the victim of my call! So glad they are able to help when I have no clue how to correct problems- plus they are always polite and calm when you don't know answers. I recommend the company to anyone with little to no computer experience who encounter issues!!!
