I will never use this company and would tell anyone who needs their computer worked on they should take it anywhere but here. They lied to me about when it would be done they said they would call me the next day after they perform a 21 point inspection they never called they texted me not once but two different days around 1:30 A.M. and it took my wife and I over 20 calls to finally get through to them to get my laptop back and it took them 8 days to put in TWO screws. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

In spring of 2019 I brought my laptop here for a simple fix I was told would take a few days but ended up taking a month due to some problems the business was having. The owner was professional and apologized, along with gave me a discount.
However in the August 2019 I had the same problem with my laptop and brought it back to get fixed. Again I was told it would be fixed in under a week. After a month of very poor communication and avoidance I had to threaten with small claims court to get my laptop back because I needed it for school. And I still did not get my laptop back until late October

These guys legit stole our computer. We have gone to their shop at least 10 times, called everyday the past 3 weeks with no pick up from my husband's number. However, they will pick up numbers that they don't recegnize! I even pretended to have another issue just to find out when they would be there, set up an "appointment" and no one was there. They have held onto our laptop for over a month. (Edit 2 months now) This is getting rediculous and we need the computer for work. Do NOT use these guys they are scammers and thieves.

I took my computer to Mike the first of January and told him we were moving to Las Vegas and I would need it back before then. They were in the process of moving so I was willing to work with them on time. I called right before we moved and he said it was done and would call as soon As he got Into town so I could get it. If he didn't make it back in time. He said he would be happy to mail it, it was simply a tune up and there would be no charge. Now it is the middle of March, he won't answer my phone calls, does answer my husband's email but does NOT follow through. I do not have

Gotta love when Mike reports my review to Yelp and Yelp removes the review due to not having enough information. My experience with these guys was a joke. There was such a lack of communication in getting my computer fixed. I was promised a 5-7 business day timeframe to have my computer back. This ended up being 20 days. I was the one having to call in and get updates, and when I would get updates they would NEVER take responsibility. It was that they got too busy, shipping was delayed, and I don't have sufficient staff.

I came in with a difficult case, and despite it taking longer than anticipated, I was compensated with discounts, and I'm happy with how everything ended up. I know my case was personally worked on five hours after closing to help me meet my deadline. Invise worked with me to make sure I was happy! They were very helpful.

Terrible service. Never going back or recommending it to anybody. First of all, they say that their business hours are from 8:30 - 6:00, but I showed up during business hours FOUR TIMES and nobody was at the shop. Two of these times I even called ahead to make sure someone would be there. I was told there would be, and still, it was empty. I even ran into another unhappy costumer who had been waiting an hour and a half and was told that someone would meet him there 90 minutes earlier.
