Really excellent. The whole staff is super helpful and friendly. It usually feels like a fiasco whenever I take my kids and myself for a block of three appointments, but everything was painless and went smoothly! Their procedures and equipment are way more up to date than our prior optometrist. No horrible dialating eye drops, and no air puff! My kids hated those and it was always a battle. Found our new optometrist for sure! The doctor is also very very nice and personal. Recommended!

You won’t have to wait very long to get seen if you have an appointment which I appreciated. The office is well kept and the doctors very professional. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a bit more expensive than my previous eye doctor but the convenience and professionalism is worth it all.

I chose this place strictly for convenience, its a few minutes from my house. But after coming here, I would recommend every one near or far to drive here. The doctor was very helpful in explaining everything in an easy way to understand, she seemed to be truly caring and helpful which is a character trait I look for in any doctor. I will definitely be back annually and send all my friends and family.

I have been a patient at 20/20 sight , Grand Prairie location for 5 years. I must say the staff there are friendly , professional and knowledgeable about the products and services.
Dr. Rodriquez was also very nice and explained every detail of my exam.
Jessica and Lucy were very helpful when it came to the decision making process for the frames.

The optometrist herself was great, however, the support staff and general business practices were absolutely horrid. They originally just assumed I only wanted glasses, I was never asked about contacts at all. Upon me telling them I wanted a prescription for contacts after the exam, they made me leave and reschedule another appointment for a contact fitting, which took two separate tries since they had booked over my first appointment. After the fitting and trial pair I called and wanted to finalize the prescription and order a box. For whatever reason my request

My wife and I have a great experience. Dr. Rodriguez was very nice and made us feel at ease. She took her time with my wife's exam especially due to her recent cancer diagnosis. When ordering glasses Maggie explained our insurance and helped us pick out glasses. She was Super helpful and kind. Thank you 20/20 staff!! We will be back again!

I was here 1/28/16 and I received nothing but the upmost professionalism, respect, and most of all, customer service that you hardly see anywhere else these day's! I've been seeing Dr. Tarrant and his partners for over a decade, and I can tell you, customer service is their upmost priority. This location is under new management, it has been remodeled, and updated. They also have several other locations around the metroplex. Try them out, or don't.

I had checked my insurance and they said that 20 20 was a company that accepted my insurance 100% and they had an online booking tool. Now when my fiancé had made an appointment with Target Optical he was able to schedule his appointment online down to the time. I thought that this would be the same thing. Apparently not. I put in a "request" and they called me the next time to book an appointment. Well that's not really online scheduling now is it
