If you need your car towed to our shop, we will take care of all services to make the process easy and convenient for you. If you are not able to leave your keys and/or vehicle during our regular operating hours, you have the option to leave your keys in our lock box located on the outside of our shop for your convenience.

Awesome place for auto services. Brought my car in with a scraped front bumper and they restored it back to looking new. Office manager, John, was great to work with throughout the process. Owner was knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Car looks phenomenal especially with the addition of a paint protection sealant on the entire car. I highly recommend Alplex Autobody for repairs or if just looking to make your car standout with some of the specialized work they perform. Highly recommend you check them out!

Alplex Auto Body was exceptional in restoring my Genesis G70 after being hit by a drunk driver. They were open, honest, and communicative throughout the process. The timeline was long due to the car being uncommon and the lack of parts being available due to the pandemic, however, it was very clear they worked tirelessly to get what they needed. At the end of the day, the car looks magnificent, runs perfectly, and feels like in came straight out of the showroom. Greg, Sandy, and the rest of the team were great! Will definitely use again if needed.

Very shady place! My 20 yr old daughter took my car to be looked at for a bumper that lost its screws which led to it tearing some of the plastic during highway driving . Instead of advising her of the Easy fix it is. They told her she needed a whole new rear bumper. To the tune of 1k. So instead she walked over to an open bay and asked a worker if they would mind screwing in the bumper to which the gentleman replied to his workers to" not do to good of a job because she won't be back !"

After being away for over 3 yrs and returning to Alplex to not only have work done on my own car I even came back to work for them full time.
They now cover 100% AAA towing and service in the Watertown Woodbury and Bethlehem area they also do factory repairs for most car and truck manufactures.
I came back to negotiate and handle all claims for the customers with the insurance co. Alplex repairs to factory condition and fights to get every customer factory OEM parts even if they make less on the parts to provide a complete repair.

These guys did an awesome job! I was rear ended in my Challenger. They came and towed my car back to their shop. They helped me with getting a rental vehicle. All parts and paint were OEM, which was great. Everything was done in a timely matter. The work they did was amazing. I couldn't be happier. Def glad I came here.

We needed a tow from our home the other day and were going around and around with Allstate regarding finding a flat bed to tow our car. We called Alplex ourselves per a suggestion from someone and they said they were available. Our towing company told us it would be an extra fee for dispatch the person they had because of distance. We asked them to phone Alplex they were available, as we knew, and they were at our house within 15 minutes, and there was no extra charge.

I called today to see how much a tow would cost because I was broken down - right next door from this place! When I asked this question I was told they were busy and had customers inside waiting and was told I would be called back in 10-15 minutes and was then hung up on before I could get one word in. Still haven’t been called back!!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever had!!!

Best Shop in the State. If you want high quality work done and done the right way, this is the shop you want to go to. They are always honest and friendly with their customers. I brought my Wrx there with a bunch of Scratches to pretty much every panel had my wheels powder coated and a new wing put on. When my car was done it was better than new quality. You can see yourself in the paint like a mirror and the best part is they don't cut corners everything is done the right way. The emoyees are easy to deal with. They have been in town forever. I just had body work done on two vehicles. I cannot find one complaint on either vehicle. The work was flawless. They look showroom perfect. Thankyou all at Alplex. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM as an auto body shop. They also handled all the paperwork with the other adjusters. Made my process painless!!
