Here at BE Nutrition, we want to help you learn how to be you, authentically, and to breathe easy about it. To finally learn how to be okay with your food and body, as it is right now. It really is possible. My career is entirely based on food. With work and eating in my own daily life, I end up thinking about food several hours of the day.

And with all my experience and training, I've gotten pretty good at picking up on dieting behavior and all this diet talk. What is diet talk? Trigger Warning: Article mentions topics of weight, eating disorders, and disordered eating. I have been thinking about writing this blog post for a long time now.

There are so many opinions in the world about how we're supposed to be or live, and it's time to stop listening. It's time to listen to yourself. BE Nutrition focuses on making peace with your food and your body through individual counseling sessions.
I'm Kaylee Tremelling, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, lover of food, and body-positive activist as well as wife, mama, and artist. My relationship with my food and body was not always peaceful. I too, had a rocky journey learning how to make peace with, accept, and even love myself. Like many others, I took my insecurities out on my body and lived by strict food rules to help myself feel better.
During our first session, we will cover your medical and dieting history, current eating and exercise habits, and address your concerns and goals for the future. We will determine some action steps that can be immediately incorporated into your daily routine. The journey to achieving optimum health takes time and patience!

Kaylee is amazing! Kaylee helped me stop looking at food as "good' or "bad" but as energy. She taught me that if I really listen to my body my body would let me know what if needs and she was right! I have done my own fair share of dieting. Kaylee helped me learn a lifestyle I can maintain forever with no more diet mentality. I can not thank her enough for what she has done for me and would reccomend her to anyone!
