Not ready to commit to a 6 month package? Try my 3-session introduction to intuitive eating taster package. In our first session, we will review your history and relationship with food through the completion of a comprehensive nutrition assessment. In the second session, we will explore the concept of Rejecting the Diet Mentality (Principle 1) and its acceptance and importance in your journey to becoming an intuitive eater.
Our sessions will focus on changing your relationship with food, so that you will never have to go on a diet again. With practice you will learn how to listen to your body to determine what foods not only taste good, but also make you feel good. Join me on a journey that will change your life forever.

JaNae has been amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth, and has taken the time to really understand my specific situation. I have enjoyed our meetings, and always come away with an increased commitment to take better care of myself. JaNae truly wants to help people increase their health and well being with the end goal being a happier, more fulfilling life. She has definitely done this for me.

My wife and I met with JaNae to create meal plans for 4 weeks. We were really looking for something that would jump start our eating habits. We wanted a good foundation of recipes that we could use and build from in the future. We are very happy with our experience! We love the variety of foods that we tried and she was very responsive to our thoughts on them. She built the meal plans around our likes and dislikes. She helped us to start building a repertoire of recipes that we can look to when we're trying to decide what to eat! We almost never have to ask each other, "What do you feel like eating

Working with JaNae to better our health was the best thing we could have done! She put together a list of recipes weekly that have so far been really amazing. We approached this knowing that we might not like everything she gave us but in the several weeks that we have been doing it we have only found 2 or 3 recipes that we didn't like. I used to only eat things that I thought I liked and now I'm realizing that there are so many foods out there that I love and I haven't tried yet! I am always telling my friends and family how amazing this experience has been and how much I have loooved cooking
