For anyone who is a little nervous about dentist visits, I highly recommend Lima Road Dentistry! Everyone I’ve met there is incredibly kind, helpful, and gentle… I can be pretty anxious during dentist visits, but I know I can trust them to take care of me. The people here are super friendly and professional. I am always nervous going to the dentist and they helped put me at ease! I saw Dr.Veerkamp and his assistant Ari, they were wonderful! I had my first appointment on 12/10/21. When I called to make my appointment Michelle was extremely professional, kind and informative! The schedule was very accommodating for me. The office was nice, quite and inviting! The front desk lady greeted me with a warm smile! She gave excellent customer service! Tanya made me feel comfortable and keep me updated on what she would be doing. She did a great job with my dental care! The Dr. was as professional and kind as his staff! I made my next appointments and happy to be a new patient at LRD!

Lima Dentistry has always been top notch with their service and work. I have recently moved back to the area and had a slight tooth emergency. I hadn’t re established care with a dentist and used to go here when I was younger. I called yesterday and within 24 hours was able to be seen and taken care of. Lima Road Dentistry, this is an office I went to as an alternative to Afdent and I was incredibly surprised at how great my experience was. I went in with high hopes and every one of my expectations and more were met! The staff is personable, knowledgeable, and so sweet. I don't have any problems or apprehensions about the dentist going in as I'm not afraid of the dentist and I'm fairly easy to work on, what I didn't expect was the ease I was set at even being someone who's not scared. I initially went in for a cleaning, they squeezed me in the very next day after my call

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My daughter and I have been patients here for several years. They've done all of our cleanings, my daughter's braces (yes, they're an orthodontist office too!), Invisalign for me, a crown for me, 2 caps, and my teeth bleaching. The staff is the best!! They are so friendly and gentle. Dr. King or Dr. Atkinson will call you at home in the evening if you've had a procedure done, just to make sure you're doing alright!
